quirk information. Haru is able to "teleport" around, whether standing or moving, a delay of light - or rather a ribbon of light - follows behind her. Flicker gives her easy access to move away from harm, also giving an enemy a hard time to hit her, the ribbon of light also plays a significant role. Haru usually "sun bathes" as it is her source that gives her the "ribbon". The "ribbon" can be used to consume a part of her body, giving her the ability to disintegrate through objects. If she flicker's excessively in a small amount of time, her body get's easily fatigued, loss in stamina and pain endurance, and in worse cases migraines and temporary paralysis. If she does use her light "consumption" on her body/body part, it will leave a temporary scar or discoloration of skin.

Thea class.1-a personality. haru is a naturally bright and warm person. she tries not to lash out on others if they make fun of her, she keeps her anger in and trades it for passive aggressiveness. haru is often acts childish which has a tendency to piss others off greatly. she deeply appreciates when others don't mind her up-beat personality. when it comes to friends, she is more than happy to greet them with affection, since haru is extremely affectionate towards her friends. along with affection, haru also likes to shower people with physical affection, hugging them, holding their hand whether they're a platonic friend of a romantic partner, she loves all sorts of physical touch, but she does tend to hold it in. once haru makes a friend, she can guarantee she's going to be following them like a lost puppy.

Personality: Arctica is a quiet and shy girl who tends to avoid the spotlight. Though she strives to be a pro hero, she continuously holds herself back in fear of hurting her opponents, villainous or otherwise. She has quite a bit of experience with ki manipulation martial arts, but she prefers to avoid conflict with others and seeks to become more of a hero specializing in rescues. Once you get through her timid, outer shell, Arctica is a kind, loving being who is fiercely protective of those who she cares for, and one day she'll break through the crippling low limits she's put on herself in the defense of one of her friends.

Quirk Description: Arctica's body is covered in a white, keratinous exoskeleton, whose appearance she can grow and change at will similar to other hardening quirks. While the white armor on her body always retains its hardness, it's quite flexible and doubly serves as clothing. On the other hand, her salmon toned skin is capable of a similar level of hardness when "tensed", and when her skin is "relaxed" it feels similar to regular human skin. Her body is not impervious to damage, but she can survive most life-threatening injuries that would kill most humans, quirk of otherwise, as well as survive extreme temperatures and even the vacuum of space. Despite having the ability to survive such injuries, she is incapable of healing from them unaided.
Another notable feature of Arctica's quirk is its transformative nature. Each "form" serves as a buffer zone to restrain her martial capability, and so far any form besides her current one has only been mentioned. Arctica has never demonstrated.

Also, I think you got the name the right way around, although I do think in Japanese culture you do usually introduce your last name before your first name.
