Heya c: this is super thorough, wow, so hat's off for that!
There's two things I can point out, though, if you don't mind^^
The first is this:
"Line-art from a GH Cat can sometimes used for other pet releases, but it is uncommon."
This statement holds true for the staff dog litters, but so far none of the GH cat edits have been used on other cat litters. Kyar re-used his sleeping cat lineart from 2017 for this year's litter, but they were both GH cats.
It's rather more unlikely to see our linearts re-used in non-GH litters, as none of us are artists on CS otherwise, so there are no other litters we're making to re-use the lines for in the first place.

Also, it's probably best to make a distinction here:
"All GH cats are always the same rarity in each litter." They have the same probability as stated, but they don't necessarily have the same rarity, just as the staff dogs. Currently my cat from 2016 is common, compared to the rest being very common.
These small deviations do occasionally happen - for example, Ricorn's 2013 staff dog used to be uncommon for a while while the rest were common.

As for the colour palettes: So far each palette consisted of 6 colours. Here's all of them (not pretty, but usable I hope)

Thank you ZEL! That’s a good point about the GH Cat lines being reused. I’ll have to think of something else for that spot since it’s unlikely they’ll be reused in the future for non-GH litters. If you have any ideas, feel free to share! XD

And wow, thank you, the color palettes! I had trouble getting ahold of any official color palettes for the staff dog litters, so I’m amazed at what’s just been bestown on me. XD I’ll definitely put that to good use for this guide, thank you so much! ^^
