Hey everyone, I am looking for any ideas or suggestions to spice up the adopts a bit (event ideas, rule changes, new offerings, etc.). Feel free to post them here and I'll make a poll later that we can all vote on c:

I would defenitely love to see some sort of shop, with items in it. (I mentioned some shop items before)

- Twins: guarantees twin foals
- Random (rarity) gene: will add a random gene in breeding appropriate to the rarity level.
- Breeding slot: adds one extra breeding slot (limited to an extra of 3 slots)

Rule change: Maybe a breeding cooldown? As in, if horse is bred it will have a cooldown for 2 weeks orso. This would apply to mares only. This will give the mare a moment of breath and getting their energy back before popping out a foal again.
Same goes for foals; be able to breed after a month orso. (I'm not sure if there is a rule for them to grow in a certain time period)

As for events,

Spring event:

It would be a rng-based event and you can find different eggs and if you find enough you could turn them in for a semi-custom with perhaps some sort of "springified" line edit.

Mudding event:

An event in which adoptable horses are covered in mud and you really don't know what you will get until you adopt them. Meaning phenotype and genotype will be hidden aswell as the horse's coat itself.

Rescue a foal event:

An event in which one of you(r horses) stumbles upon an abandoned foal and you must write a piece in order to rescue them

I am opening up applications for 3 moderator positions. Please PM all applications to myself with the title "HoC Moderator Application". Responsibilities of moderators will include, but are not limited to:

- Checking all HoC threads to ensure that no one is being rude, begging for anything, etc.
- Checking all customs to ensure that all custom rules are followed (mainly the three month rule)
- Checking breeding genotypes to ensure that they are possible via the genotypes of the parents
- Working with myself to ensure that all HoC threads remain up to date

finally gonna post here!~ my kids have a few slots open ( stable link ), and i'm actively searching for a slot trade!
slot trade: a stallion, preferably WITHOUT overo of any kind, with 'hearts' within their coats/markings c: i don't mind waiting for aging, either! the slot will be used with dusk and i would be more than willing to trade one of her slots in return.
this muddy mustang event looks so cool! i keep refreshing the page so i make sure i don't miss my chance at one haha

Hey guys, I just came back to cs after a small hiatus and saw these dudes. I love the idea and everything, so I figured it be good to introduce myself. Right now I don’t own one, but hopefully I’ll be able to snag one soon! By the way, the art work is absolutely stunning.

Hi all. I’ve decided to finally hop back on the adoptables side of CS and join the HoC community. ^^
I have participated in quite a few other communities of adoptables like Khimaira Friesians, Tolters, Chrysaora Basilisk and a few others.
I do see a few familiar faces so that’s nice! I’m hoping to get my first mustang soon and am keeping a close watch on the Muddy Mustang event.
