Oh man, I just went to check this thread for the first time in forever, and the throwback happens to be you lol. XD I'm pretty sure you and my friend Kila and I all roleplayed together back in the day, when we were on CS all the time. It's so cool to see that you're still around too! ❤

That would have been my first pet, too! I don't have it anymore though because I don't try to go for a full collection anymore. We joined in the same month, how odd. You were always a user I'd see around the forum and look up to. I had no idea we both started out at the same time lol.

geesh that was uncommon like only... yesterday it feels like.

I'm not old enough to be an 'oldie' LOL, but I do remember seeing one of the critters (probably a BW) in someone's sig, and spending the next two years hunting unsuccessfully for the site. Ironically that site hat I saw it on (the first adoptables site I ever joined up to) has been gone for a while now too, so I'm always grateful that CS just keeps on ticking on

I just read through this whole thread and wow, I feel so old.... So many memories, I can’t believe I’ve been here so long yet I just can never stay away for longer than a year, even if life gets extremely crazy for me.

I have to say, since coming back this time, I just feel so much older than a lot of folks. Like others said before, seems like CS truly does have a new generation of members and I feel like that mom trying to be hip with her teen daughters.... I mean I really don’t mind because I actually really like to people watch. Plus now that I’m retired, I feel like a ghost in the shadows just observing CS just chugging along while I keep hoarding groups of 20 pets because I am a little bit crazy.

Anyway, I look forward to years to come on here, even if it is just to adopt monthly releases and partake in events which I love <3

I feel the exact same. When I first signed up, I was JessiCosmic and if I do recall, you and I were frequent in answering in the "is this trade fair" thread. Now, I've no idea what I'm talking about Haha.

This is how I feel. Someone pointed out about the site being older than many of the users and that made me feel very old. I love seeing you around. You post in the hoard group thread a lot about your hoards. I feel like we're all family over there because I'm constantly getting more hoard pets for other user's hoards to give to them. You're craziness is very welcome. <3

Same...even though "a year" should be replaced by a week at max. haha.

I'm looking forward to all the changes that the discontinuation of the Rares List will cause. I can barely remember a time without it. Not that I'm an active trader anymore, but I'm still curious about all changes on CS and this seems like a rather big one.

I remember when I was so excited about the GUPPS the first time they came out

And my memory on this is spotty but how the Malk Smile became an actual adopt was a funny story to me.
Cause it was just a smile image kept as a place holder,(I can't remember why) but then everyone kept saying they wanted to adopt it so it became an actual adoptable.

Also when I made an account there was a security question that asked something along the lines of "What is in the smoothie?" and I didn't get the joke and entered things like milk, strawberry, sugar etc.

I remember you on that thread! Yes, I used to constantly trade and work on trading up, completing my collection, etc... Now I really want a complete collection still but I just don’t have a grasp on trading anymore and I don’t feel like figuring it out at the moment.

Yes, I see you around as well and still can’t thank you enough for the hoard pets you have given me. I agree, at least we are a little family over there, a nice place we can all get along to pass the time between events and such. ^_^

Julia! I have always seen you around since I started. I wish I wouldn’t have left for more than a week at a time too, I wouldn’t have missed so many events and big things during those long breaks I took. Thankfully now I have actually found this place as my escape from reality so I am pretty addicted again. I am glad to see you still around too, and most definitely I am right there with you in wondering what is next for CS minus the Rares List. Maybe trading will get to be more like it used to be when we were younger. ^_^

Oml the thing I find craziest is that like we used to not remove pets available for adoption after each month? Because I remember adopting SO MANY WARRIOR CATS that were released before 2009 even though I joined in 2009.
