Balling her hands into fist and let out a frustrating huff as she walked over to the table deciding to leave it alone for now. She moved over grabbing the plates and practically dropping them in the sink.

"Would you like me to check on her?" Sam asked quietly. Mavis was in her room sulking. She hated Riley when she got mad, but she liked her when she was nice. Riley saved her when the other lost kids got caught

Hearing his words she held up a hand. "Do whatever you want kid." She huffed before starting to scrub the dishes in the sink, murmuring things under her breath.

"Kids can be frustrating. I know. But you've gotta deal with them." He sighed as he stood up and went up to Mavis' room. Mavis was sitting on the bed with her arms crossed. "Hey. What's wrong?" He asked. "We always have chicken and I dont like it. But she doesn't care. "

Sighing as she heard his words. She knew she had to be both of them needed to cool off. "I'm trying." She hummed softly as her anger turned to sadness. Sad that she couldnt provide everything that she was only able to catch chicken around here. She couldn't go into the city, since the lost kids got caught they know everyone's face. She was simply trying to do everything she could.

"But, do you think she can only get chicken?" He asked. "There's always other things outside. " She pouted as she frowned. She looked up at Sam. "She always does the same things and I dont like it that much anymore... It used to taste nice but it doesnt anymore."

Ending up with a broken plate in the sink, while she was pulling back her hand it brushed again the edge slicing her skin. She let out a little help before looking down and noticing the blood. Frowning she ran to the bathroom searching for the med kit.
