The one I can come up with off the top of my head is http://www.000webhost.com. They will give you either a subdomain, or let you host your own domain if you have one.

Also, a better one I just remembered is http://www.rpginit.com. And they do the same, they will give you a subdomain or let you host your own domain. RPG Initiative is more geared toward RPG sites, but Morrigan is a pretty cool cucumber so long as you don't go overboard on server resources. I've used RPG Initiative for a long time until recently, for a blog of mine.
