If you still follow the Rares List: Both trades are extremely unfair to you. The former just barely adds up to a T1 Advent list, and the latter is even less than that. The items in both trades don't make much impact on the value, since they are either store items that are still available or common items from recent years. Your Halloween Cat is actually a low September list.
If you don't follow the Rares List: Unsure about the former trade (I'm no longer up-to-date with Store Pet values, I sincerely apologize), but the latter would still be unfair to you in rarity & dates. I believe that Store Pet is worth a early-mid 2010 rare at most, and the items added to their side don't close the gap between your Halloween Cat and their Store Pet.

Your pet is worth two 2009 rares. Depending on how much rares you value a very rare at, it's basically fair.
