According to the list, the Tinsel Lion is worth 5-6 '09 rares. Your side is worth 4 '09 rares, so it's unfair to them.
Demand / how you personally value the pets is up to you and your trading partner.

They're overpaying, the Cheshire is only on Tier 1 of the Advent List, so just 3-4 '09 rares is fair for it.

You're slightly overpaying, it is 4 Commons 14 and 1 Uncommon 14 for you're offering pretty much the same + the omgsc rat and the very common pet + items. However, theirs are nice pets and you're offering a lot of rats which people tend to value less than other pets for what they are so I'd say is fair if they undervalue the rats or slight overpay if they don't.

I personally would accept. My Cheshire went for a t7 advent with demand. Either way, they are overpaying like Avani. stated.

The Shima Longtail is only worth the 3 month rule, so they're overpaying massively with the Cake Dog.
Demand is up to you / your trading partner, and how you personally value the pets involved.

They're overpaying, your pets are too recent to be worth a 2009 rare.
