Cade was dragged into the hall by his father and shoved onto his bed. “Now, why’d you have to go and do something like that, huh?” His father was from New York City, so therefore had a strong and thic accent. Cade huffed and sat on his bed, facing away from his father. “Why do you care? You never cared about me before.” He snapped at him. His father merely shrugged and put his hands into his suit pocket. “You’re right. But when I get word that my boy’s been shot, ugh, it just breaks my heart.” He said in a sly, yet monotonous tone. “Do you remember when I threw you that huge party for your barmitzva and got that magician to pull a puppy out of his hat? And then that puppy was your dog for the next 5 years?” His father came closer to him, putting another strong hand on his son’s bad shoulder. “T-that was Markus, dad. You never gave me a barmitzva... because that was the year mom...” he paused and didn’t finish the rest of his sentence. “W-why are you here.” He finally said, brow furrowed. His father slapped him on the back, sending him down in pain. “I see you got a little girlfriend. Why don’t you go tell her I said hi. And then tell her you’re never gonna see her again. That’s right. We’re leavin’ this crap town. And we’re never. Coming. Back.” He whispered, grabbing Cade’s arm and shoving him back into the room with Aspen. Cade was in more pain than he’d ever felt. His world was crashing around him. If he moved, he couln’t be with Aspen. He couldn’t say goodbye. He didn’t want to. He just stared down at her and suddenly broke down. He took her hand, crying into it softly as he gave it gentle kisses. “P-please be ok... please... I-I need you...”.

Daniel looked down at it, gulping audibly before taking a bite of the sandwich, his stomach feeling pleased as he nodded in agreement, "This is delicious" he confessed after gulping the food down and washing it down with water. Stop!" she shouted, Carl's head snapping up as everyone froze, Carl approaching her as her eyes narrowed, "Why exactly are you here again?" she snapped, crossing her arms as the man scoffed, "Me? You broke my nose!" "Yeah! Because you stabbed me" she spat, unfolding her arms to set one on her waistband as he rolled his eyes,"A girl like you should be in my gang-and Talia, you guys are strong" he protested harshly, "Oh, so you thought by coming in here and handicapping half of my team would get me to join your gang? Alright, syanarah James, Talia let's go!" she replied sarcastically, nonchalantly shrugging as he let out a dry laugh, "Remember Ryann, we've got the guns" the threatened, her face not changing but inside her nerves were kicking. "Anyone-shoots anyone in this room, I'll have you as pained as that bullet would, you know this isn't a fair fight if you've got guns" she spat, stepping forwards, "Yeah, I know, but it'll be fun" he shrugged lunging at her and sending her a blow to the ribs before she held her ground to send a hard punch to his jaw, causing him to stumble backwards. Her own members had started fighting theirs, cautious of the weapons as two fought on James. The man wiped the blood from hiss face, eyes angry as he held a hand over the gun, Ryann's eyes locked on his hand before she lunged forwards, swiping his feet from under him and snatching the gun. She secured it onto safety, locking it before pointing it at the man on the floor, cocking it for him to get up. He obeyed, hands up and his face cut and swollen, her own face a few cuts as she motioned around, indicating for him to command his members to stop. He let out a defeated breath, "Let's get out of here" he muttered, turning and leaving as Ryann tucked the gun into her waistband, the faint sound of sirens approaching. She looked around, nobody was hurt so what was the biggie? Within seconds the fed was busting through the doors, guns pointed at the four of them as her eyes widened, it had been a setup; someone ratted them out and now she was probably going to be arrested.

Ryann kept calm, knowing if she got frustrated she'd make things worse. The blood from a slash on her forehead dripped into her eyes as the left side of her face was a bit scuffed up from punches and cuts. I swear" "Well, reason with the judge about it-we've already got a few things against you" he threatened, she'd been in and out of their juvie because she'd hit her abusive foster father back to defend herself a few years ago, she also was arrested with the position of three blades and a fight on a street, and finally, beating up two men who were harassing her. It didn't seem fair, "Let's go Solar's" Nathan said calmly, leading her to the back of the police car as she dropped her eyes from Oliver's in shame and regret.

Aspen nodded slowly, a doctor walking into the room. "Good news! Nurses have reported that you've been able to breathe on your own, we'll come wheel you into the surgical room to take that breathing tube out and stitch you up, however, you will need the feeding tube for the next three days, after that you need to stay here over night so we can watch how you function and if all goes well, you'll be out of here by friday!" he announced as Aspen sent the doctor a soft thankful smile, the doctor nodding and walking out as she looked up at Cade, maybe she could help him find an apartment, she'd wanted one for herself and her two sisters as well, who knows, maybe they could live in the same building.
