Zona clung to Alek as soon as he was picked up. He opened his eyes tiredly. "Alek, place me down fiend. You are resting on the bed. You need your rest." He explained as he looked at him.

"I do not want my rest." Alek replied as he looked at him evenly, "Fiend hmm?" he asked as he set him on the bed and waited for him to release his hold, "I shall stand here all night if I must."

Zona refused to release his hold on him. "Will you at least rest on the couch?" He asked him with a soft sigh, trying to negotiate with him.

"Yes, I will rest on the couch if you rest on th bed." he replied as he looked at Zona, giving him a light smile.

Zona gave a light smile back to him. "Alright." Zona spoke as he released his grip and fell on the bed. He yawned and closed his eyes and layed under the covers. He was half-asleep and opened his eyes periodically to make sure that Alek was resting and ok.

Alek went and laid on the couch, and he did try and sleep, but he found himself unable to, dreading being a slave again, and what this king would make him do.

Zona looked over at him. "Alek, I know it's going to be hard but how will you escape if you are not to your highest potential?" He murmured, almost inaudible.

Cedrick, once more, was wandering the halls late at night.

Alek looked over at Zona, "There is no way I can escape." he murmured softly, he physically couldn't steal his heart back, he was trapped as Grai's slave.

Aryna was up, as usual, she smiled when she saw Cedrick, "Mmm, Grai having nightmares?" she asked.

"Eventually you will find a way to escape. You never know Cedrick may be a traitor to Grai and save you?" Zona spoke with a soft yawn. Even he did not believe his statement.

"Not that I know of. Grai booted me from his bedroom tonight saying that we need time apart." Cedrick shrugged as he looked at her. "So I wander." He smiled.

Alek snorted softly, "I would not take his aid after all that he has done to me." he said with a shakie of his head.

Aryna watched him, "You could sleep elsewhere." she said as she looked at him.
