Stormstar launched at the tom without hesitation. She growled and yowled, shoving his stitched head to the ground with a fierce roughness. "Touch my clan again, and you'll visit our ancestors in a heartbeat." Her threat was intense. Injured or not, she took no pleasure in watching a stranger insult her clan.
Swansong yelped and jump back in time for her leader to handle it.
Petalkit lifted her chin. "Go then." She said sharply, walking away from Mothheart.

Stormstar was an experienced fighter. She knew anciet moves that filled her veins. The tom had rage and anger but it was no match for her skills. Banking to the right she evaded hus attack. She yowled fercely. If the tom chose to fight, she had warriors on all sides. Raking her claws over his split forehead, she dug her sharp weapons into his injuries. “If you are prepared to die, my clab will have no problem killing you swiftly.”

Nightpaw watched this all unfold with a look on his face that said 'unbelievable. Why do I bother healing wounds'. He chose not to say anything, but simply watch as the stranger and the leader of a fearsome clan battle it out. At least this way, if someone got seriously injured he would be there to seal the wound before they got back into the fight. He sat, wrapping his tail neatly around his paws.

Snowfeather frowned slightly and gathered some wet moss from the river. She used it to dampen his fur to see the wounds and also clean any dirt from them, just in case. Then she put a mass of cobwebs on, to prevent bleeding - the wounds did not smell infected, but she made a mental note to check everyone once she got her herb storage back. She wondered how Nightpaw was doing. 'Where else did you get injured?' she asked softly.

Gently prodding at his back leg, her ears twitch with Icepaw's words. Nodding, she said, not turning around, "'He'll be fine. He'll need help getting back to camp later though.' One more gentle touch, just to make sure, and she solidified it - broken leg. Without the usual herbs, a strong, straight stick would have to do as a brace for now, and then, later on, she could properly try and set it.
Spiderpaw stood, jittery, at the river's edge, switching which front paw was bouncing every few seconds. He was watching the aftermath of the dog fight, with rattled and injured cats around.
