nurturing and motherly, snowflurry has always loved the idea of having a family. she fell pregnant during a bad time from a former mate; unfortunately lightkit passed to weakness and swanpaw was killed in the midst of the war. the best thing to do was wait, even after pineclan fell, she decided that she is not ready to be a true mother. she is much too high-strung and and just a bit too sensitive, and with the newcomers from pineclan, well she just doesn't trust them. she is not entirely mean to them of course, she's noticed some to mean well, she just tends to avoid most of them. the company of those she knows better helps her relax, as she doesn't exactly enjoy being by herself either. although with everyone, she finds it difficult to come out of her shell each time.

from an early age, cinderpaw's life was pretty bumpy, having no mother when he was born, and his father died protecting the clan during the war. he can't lie that for that reason, he does have a bit of resentment for pineclan members. i mean, they basically took his father away from him, he thinks that's a good reason. to cope, he focused his mind more on training to be a warrior. he saw play-fighting as a way of letting his anger and frustrations out. but with that thought process, it caused several injuries on others by going too far with little control, and with that, punishment. so, some apprentices tend to avoid him because of that. but a lot admit that he's been one of the quickest apprentices to develop their skills, as he learned easily how to do what, and overall is doing just fine in the training department. aiding that was his excitement to learn new things and confidence that he would do good.

a long time servant of pineclan, kestrelstorm was, like others, known for her unswayed loyalty to the clan leader through thick and thin. she was not recognized for hardly any bad behavior. in fact, she had been quite the friendly fellow over on their side. she made plenty of valiant friends, and has lost plenty. not every one was incredibly loyal to her, but she was pretty forgiving, depending on the pain that was dealt. you could tell she put her heart and soul into all that she stood for, and did speak up about things she didn't agree with. now she's... a little bit empty. more detached and distant. she's lost so much to the war; she's never hit rock bottom until now, but she's still not entirely hopeless. she sees new beginnings here in thistleclan. of course, with being on a completely different side, the trust is not all there from her to the clan, and from the clan to her. she does do her best at greeting guests who stop by as warmly as possible, but she's still a bit awkward with it.

a lot of dawnstrike's past is unknown to the clan, as it doesn't really matter to her or anyone else. the past is the past, right? she was born in the forest with the name remi, and as such taught very thoroughly how to protect herself from the age of 10 moons. her parents were very lenient, and so she journeyed out into the world on her own plenty of times, as she was also more independent than not. as twolegs are taught to not talk to strangers, she was also taught the same, but instead to treat them with hostility. she's met many with the same attitude before she really learned the lesson, and with that, grew up thinking wrongly that they were all the same. eventually, remi drifted from her parents to explore more of the world at 18 moons, and she did for a time, until she bumped into a patrol from thistleclan. before she attacked, she realized it wouldn't be smart as she was outnumbered. she, out of curiosity, took up their offer to see the camp, and fit in alright. she joined the clan at 26 moons.

brightcloud's lived a long and, well, as average of a life as a thistleclan cat. he's lived through most of what anyone's lived through, which makes him quite wise and understanding towards younglings. he's pretty fond of kits, since most are typically cheery and nice bundles of fur to have around. he's appreciative of those who choose to visit the elder's den, as he doesn't usually leave it often; his injured leg makes moving around the camp quite annoying these days. something that is not mentions that often but known to long-time clan members is that a time after the death of his mother, his father confessed getting a pineclan she-cat pregnant. he made the decision to move over to the enemy side to raise those kits, practically abandoning the current ones, who were apprentices at the time. love makes you do crazy things, huh? brightcloud never really saw him again until the war in which pineclan fell.

ravenwhisker had always quite a lively one growing up, and known as the troublemaker as well. she lived for it, purposefully annoying others, dragging her siblings on adventures they shouldn't go on. in her opinion, it was what made her feel alive, and there was no hint of her letting up in her shenanigans and mischief. the war was a hard one; her sister rookfang died during it, and after the fall of pineclan, her brother shadowstep chose to run from thistleclan, eventually being caught and killed when he showed hostility. as much as ravenwhisker didn't want to kneel to the almighty copperstar, she also didn't want to die. she was always a little bit proud, and very short-tempered; sometimes she can't help but burst still, which causes trouble a lot, but she holds a fear of the leader and manages to clean up her attitude when she has to deal with him, for the time being anyways.
