With the non main list pets I'm not caring about demand, valued at list value, but the main list I care about demand.

i personally would. purely because of demand, i got pretty much triple this for my green mask dragon before and i see it go for a lot. but definitely get a second opinion as this is personal opinion on demand.

rarity wise, however it is unfair to you as 2 of the 2010 rares will be fair, the other 2 rares are overpay

Definitely not, unless i missed something, the only list pet they are offering is one tier 7 advent pet, their side is probably worth around a low-mid september list as most whereas you pet is on the main list
