Phoenix thought a bit. “Maybe this forest is so dark that the mystery dragon doesn’t see me.” She thought a bit longer, stretching up her paws and flapping her feathered wings. “The mystery dragon doesn’t react on me at all.” She said as she sat near it a bit longer. “Hey mystery dragon, can I call you Ghost?” She asked them.

Echo was happy to hear that it would be well cared for. He started to clean up the shattered stone that was now scattered around his booth. He then thought of the words that had been spoken that he could understand. Firefly was worried about what they meant. "A-A little shaken but I'm okay..." Answered Oasis as she slowly started to get up. She looked around then approached the ShellWing, deciding to try and strike p a conversation despite what happened. She glanced back to Roadrunner, feeling rather nervous. "Hey... Are you okay?"

Otter blinked and then turned to face the SunWing who had spoken. "Oh, uh, yes just fine," she said. "Are you and your friend okay?"

"You're probably right," Hurricane said with a small nod and a sigh. "We should probably head back and check on others on our way. Hopefully the other Tribes don't think we had something to do with whatever that was."

Roadrunner gave a small nod to Oasis and followed her over to the ShellWing. "I'm alright," he replied after she asked if they were okay. "Just a little confused as to what that was all about."

Birch narrowed his eyes slightly as he slowly made his way back to where he had left the other IvyWings.

Even though she couldn’t see the mystery dragon, Phoenix could “talk” to it. She raised her paw into the air and plucked a feather out of her left wing and threw it to the unknown dragon because she thought it will find it

Thinking about what the voices said earlier made Ash subconsciously retreat into her mind, a habit she had thought she had broken but still happened occasionally. Luckily she was with her brother so it wouldn't be too much of a problem. The words 'Send your strongest, they won't win' kept bouncing around through her mind.
'Why should who send their strongest? And for what? Was it a declaration of war? Against who? It seemed like everyone heard it so maybe all the tribes? But what does strongest mean? Best physical strength? Mental? Endurance? What were the strongest not going to win? A fight? A battle of wits? A test? And if it was a declaration of war, shouldn't the tribes send everyone capable? Or were the voices meaning to invoke the right of single combat?
But there were so many of them. Or were there? And shouldn't there be at least an attempt at peace? Maybe she was a bit biased as a diplomat herself. And why go through all the trouble of declaring war, if that is what they're doing, in such a roundabout way? Why not go through the normal challenge procedures?
And how did they even do that? No dragon she had ever heard of could project their voice like that. Not to mention a whole tribe. Was it an animus's doing? But why would an animus want the tribes to send their strongest? And how many did they mean? A handful or a whole army? And where should they be sent? And why should they be sent in the first place? Was there a threat? A prize?' Her thoughts would continue like this for a while.

Feather noticed the moment his sister sunk into herself, her actions became more robotic, she stopped saying hello to other dragons to promote goodwill, her eyes glazed over and she started humming. The humming was low and almost undetectable, but he knew what to look for. It was an old Mistwing traveling song, meant to calm and focus someone. It always worked for her.
He could guess what his sister was thinking about, he was curious as well. He cross-referenced the line with all the old stories and historical documents he kept in his head. Similar phrasing was used in a lot of them and a few had the words exactly, and some stories had messages transmitted through voices in one's mind, but no story had both or anything else to do with their current situation. It was possible that there was a story he hasn't heard yet or that he remembered something wrong. There was also a chance that the words had gotten lost in translation, as a lot of the stories and history had been passed down orally and some of the phrasing or plot could have changed.
But it was most likely that this was not based on history or folklore, so Feather decided to let his sister try and puzzle this one out. He would focus on making sure she didn't run into anyone.

Phoenix was scared. Her plucked out feather was blown all the way into random direction by the wind. She flew after it. She snatched it and held it in her mouth. As she flew, she bumped into a tree. On that tree was sitting a black raven. “Hey, want to go fly with me?” She asked the raven. The raven nodded. It flew up on Phoenix’s back and Phoenix flew with it.

Echo watched Ash and Feather go then set to packing up his booth in order to return to his tribe. They were all preparing to head off. He made sure each remaining statue was carefully wrapped and packed into his bag. The CaveWing made sure to clean up any mess he had made besides shattered shards then began to hurry to where his tribe was gathering. He made sure that he didnt run into anyone in the process

"I doubt they will. They would have seen all the other LightningWings cringing along with them. There's no way we would do something that would harm us. Unless Mother didn't care about her dragons" stated Firefly. He didn't think that his mother had any claws in it. There were too many dragons, too many very different voices and no way for anyone to project their voice like that. Firefly began to head towards the castle, deciding not to wait for the Queen to grant him permission to return to the castle's walls.

"I'm fine" Answered Oasis. She glanced back to Roadrunner then returned her attention to the ShellWing, hesitating to ask the question she wanted to ask. "I'm a little confused too. Do you think that the LightningWings had anything to do with it?" She glanced around and noticed that Fennec was approaching, ready to tell her it was time to return to their village in SunWing territory. She didn't want to go just yet. It felt as if they had just arrived

"I highly doubt it," Otter said with a small shake of her head. "If they did it's probably a rouge that Queen Thunder will want to deal with very quickly. She glanced over to where the other ShellWings were gathering and felt her wings droop slightly. "Seems like everyone is getting ready to leave."

"Unless that was their plan but you're probably right," Hurricane said before hesitating slightly before following after her brother. "It's such a same the festival had to end so soon though."

"I'm not too surprised after that," Roadrunner said as he glanced around at the different tribes gathering to leave. "I guess we'll be leaving pretty soon ourselves."

Bluebell sighed relief as the noises stopped, terrified. Silently she walked toward the other Meadowwings, curious as to what the noises meant and where they came from.

Thunderstrike

Strike shuddered as the noise came to an abrupt halt. Silently, he started to pack up his jewelry. The scarf he'd dropped in the heat of the moment was safe, at least. He hadn't sold anything, but those awful noises were gone, and he was relieved. Too relieved, in fact, to question their origin.

With a feather in her mouth and a raven on her back, Phoenix landed into SunWing territory. “Hello” She asked, waiting for another dragon to come. She let the raven fly free, and her feather fell out of her mouth.
