Kit tapped her glasses and thought for a moment, then shook her head softly.
“It could be a likely factor in the ordeal, but not the full cause. We do have certain Pokémon, particular baby forms raised from eggs when affordable, and they don’t appear to be excepted from this. “ The scientist flashed her glasses as she thought about his theory.
“The clones have been here for a long time as well, why would this suddenly cause them to act up. I still suspect it may be some sort of virus or genetic mutation....” she muttered to herself.
“And it wouldn’t fully explain...well, that’s classified.”Her face grew red from even mentioning such a subject, and she shyly wipes her glasses on her lab coat. She hardly knew this stranger, and Audelia’s reaction should have put her off guard. Her mind flashed back to...that time. She remembered how the clones had reacted. That was not lack of nurture, that was something else entirely. That girl....she cleared her throat.
“I can lend you some of the more public research papers if you’d like, but I’m afraid I’m going to need confirmation from my superiors before providing any other information.”

Caitlin walked through the streets, Trivia at her heels and Ren floating nearby. The Unova Eite Four Member had slept in late (as she often did) and had completely missed the large meeting, not that she thought the meeting would be that important to her anyways. The blonde trainer yawned softly and stretched, the soft pink fabric of her dress spilling around her thin frame. Trivia mimicked the movements of her trainer in a similarly haughty nature, which led. Caitlin to give a soft chuckle under her breath. “
You tired as well, Trivia?” She whispered to the espeon, who purred in reply.
“Cle!” Ren chirped in which led Caitlin to laugh a bit more, then she gave each of the Pokémon a small pet on the head.
“Let’s try to get some stuff done, and then we can all go home and sleep.”

⇀Felix

Dismissing himself from the girl with the pichu, Felix decided to take off like any child would once they grew bored. Chuckling to himself as he quickly moved down the sidewalk, the blonde looked over his shoulder to see Hawk close behind him. It was impressive to see the pig managing to keep up for once in its life. "Finally willing to get some exercise, huh Hawk?" he laughed as he turned his attention back in front of himself. Weaving his way through the busy streets, Felix had no idea exactly where he was heading to. That changed when his eyes landed on a monument in the near distance. Slowing himself down, he knew exactly who would have had such a thing built. There was no other reason there would be a bidoof statue in a public place like this. He was certain it had direct ties with Milli even if there were other pokemon statues around too. The bidoof one was the largest of them all though. "Huh so this is how Milli decorates her city," he mumbled before changing his direction to begin moving towards it. Of all the things she could of done, he really wouldn't have expected her to honor her bidoof of all things. Maybe he should have expected it given how much she seemed to love it. That had never changed over all these years. It was an odd pokemon to become attached to though. He was one to talk though. He always had Hawk out and acted like he was so great when he knew the grumpig was by far his weakest pokemon. Nobody else needed to know that though. It all played into his act. Of course he still loved Hawk nonetheless.
Approaching the monument, Felix took a moment to take the various pokemon statues in before Hawk came to a stop at his side. "Seems like a pretty boring attraction, huh buddy?" As he spoke, he turned his attention to the pokemon and a grin crossed his face. It was clear that he had an idea and there was no going back. In that moment a brief look of concern crossed the grumpig's face, but it had no time to stop its trainer before the blonde took off for the bidoof statue. Without thinking, Felix found the easiest place to start climbing at and heaved himself up onto the bronze statue with a hearty laugh. Surely this was something a little child would think of. They were always climbing over things and he doubted it would truly shock anyone. Oh what things he could easily get away with given his childish appearance. It was truly thrilling. Only grinning more at the thought of such, Felix continued to climb until he pulled himself up onto the back of the bidoof statue and laid down on it. For what it was, it actually wasn't too bad to lay on. Actually he could probably take a nap here, but it seemed the chatter had already begun and he had drawn attention to himself. Those people could keep talking though. He wasn't going to try and stop them. Maybe he would actually take a nap while he was at it. Chuckling to himself, he briefly glanced down over the side of the statue and saw Hawk standing at its base attempting to climb up and join him. What a shame. It was impossible for the grumpig to come join him but at the same time it was a bit amusing seeing him try.
"Oh Hawk, just take a break down there. I'm gonna take a quick nap till someone comes around and decides to do something about me," he called down to the pokemon before resting his arms behind his head and closing his eyes. Someone would come yell at him, right? He was sure of it. Nobody was just gonna let some "kid" lay on a beloved statue or at least that was what he expected.

What was she to do? She had come to this place to help with the clone problem, but she knew she wasn't of much use when it came to fighting them off. No, she always shone elsewhere. That was just how she was though even then she wasn't sure she was all that great when it came to her other plans either. All she could do was hope others thought highly of them. Pushing the thought off, Elincia found herself roaming the streets with Kaminari at her side. She had been at the debriefing earlier, but had since departed in hopes of finding a way to make herself useful. Maybe she should have tried to ask the Team Clone leader for more information on the situation but here she was without a clue of what she should do. She could always try to find out which towns or cities were in need of the most help and go there to aid the people in whatever ways she could, but that would mean she needed information and once again she was lacking. Letting a soft sigh escape her lips, the young kimono girl figured she ought to at least try to think of some solution. Maybe staying in the city was her best bet. She knew for sure she couldn't go out alone in a place like this. It was far too dangerous and with her battle skills she'd be in big trouble and this wasn't something she could simply dance her way out of.
"Oh Kaminari, what are we supposed to do?" she mused as she crossed her arms over her chest knowing that she wouldn't get any kind of answer from her pokemon companion. If anything he was probably just as anxious as she was. This was clearly something out of their usual element. Part of her actually felt bad for dragging her pokemon to this place and getting them wrapped up in a dangerous situation, but without them she would only be in more trouble and she knew they wouldn't want that at all. "Maybe we should start by trying to find someone else that is looking to help this place, right?" The jolteon gave a small bob of his head to agree with the girl's statement. The only problem with her suggestion was that she had left the one area where she probably would have been able to find any kind of help. That certainly was a predicament. It would be hard to tell in these busy streets who was someone here to help and who was a regular citizen. Everyone around her seemed to be going on with their daily life's as if nothing was going on. This was going to be more difficult that she had expected. Frowning, Elincia decided to push forward towards the Pokemon Center in hopes that someone might be there that could help her out. Maybe other trainers had the same idea. It was all she could think of at the moment.
With a plan in mind, the young girl began making her way towards the PC in the distance her jolteon still trailing behind her. Even if it ended up being a waste of her time she could at least relax for a little bit and gather thoughts before attempting to do anything else. That was always a benefit.

⇀Blue ft. Milli
──────────────────
21 | Male | Location: Violetport City | Tagged: Suzume
Everything she said before leaving went in one ear and out the other. Blue was far too focused on his own safety to pay much mind to what was being said to him. The people before him were far more important to deal with anyways since they would have beef with him for being in an area he wasn't supposed to be. Of course he was sure that they knew that he hadn't done anything except roam about, but that probably meant little in the long run. He was a threat to the safety of whatever information that was around and surely they would not appreciate that. This whole thing could have been easily avoided if he had been alone this entire time. He couldn't change that though. This was what he would have to deal. Watching the men flareon took down begin to climb to their feet once more, Blue wrinkled his nose in annoyance. Didn't they know he would just knock them down once again? Flareon may be small, but it was still strong and quick enough to get to them before they had much time to do anything to the two of them. He supposed they would have to learn the hard way though. Fine by him. "Flareon, knock em down again," the gym leader commanded before his attention was drawn away from the scene before him.
The sound of footsteps behind him was enough to pull him away as his pokemon went in to attack. To his surprise he was the fake Suzume running at him only to cling to him like a child. It was uncomfortable to say the least and it showed on his face. Why was she acting in such a manner all the sudden? There was no way she'd act like this especially towards him. He was sure she'd love to get away from him and keep it that way. That would be fine by him as well. His thoughts on the manner were quickly snapped when he heard the familiar voice from nearby and his eyes shot in its direction. Another Suzume was approaching and by the time she was near the one that had been clinging to him had reverted back to a zorua. That at least cleared one question up, but it didn't make him feel any less uncomfortable. Even her apology didn't put Blue at ease. It was more than clear that the gym leader was slightly flustered by the whole ordeal and for once he was rendered entirely speechless. Maybe it was better that way. Turning his head away as Suzume took off once again with the zorua in her arms, Blue couldn't help but softly curse under his breath. So much for keeping himself focused on the task at hand. It wasn't like him to lose his cool so easily, but he also wasn't used to being jumped on either especially from a girl even if it ended up not actually being a girl. It still had the same effect nevertheless. "Ugh, women," he uttered to himself, finally finding some composure. Feeling himself begin to return to normal, his eyes shifted back to the situation he had been trying to previously deal with. To his surprise his flareon had been pinned down in his moment of distraction by a ninetales. What truly caught his eye though was who stood behind it.
Narrowing his eyes, Blue recognized that face and there was no way he'd forget the wild hair the Team Clone leader had either. On her face was a huge grin though it lacked any malicious intent like he would have expected from someone in her position. Nevertheless, he was surprised to see that she had come along to deal with him. It was even more surprising that she had taken his pokemon down quietly like she had. That was the least of his worries though. He was now in a position he rarely found himself in. He hated the idea of submitting to someone easily, but calling out another pokemon probably wouldn't do him much good at all for the men he had been dealing with had already climbed to their feet and had their own pokeballs in hand. He was sure any of his companions could easily take them down, but it might put his flareon in a more dangerous situation. He couldn't risk that. He hated that he was showing such weakness, but he knew he had been cruel to his pokemon in the past and he had vowed never to return to such tactics again. His pokemon deserved better. Reaching for flareon's pokeball, he pulled it off his belt and held it up only to be stopped at the sound of the leader's voice. "That better be the pokeball to call back your flareon or we're going to have a real problem little Oak."
So she was aware of who he was. That was no surprise. He knew she had met with his grandfather a couple of times to talk about their fields of research. Of course she wasn't necessarily a professor, but she was one of the leaders in the field of pokemon genetics and his grandfather was always trying to learn more about pokemon so to meet with someone like her really was no surprise. That ultimately meant he probably had mentioned him before or she knew him via his own reputation. Either was entirely possible. It really didn't matter how she knew him. What mattered was that she was threatening him even if it was only in a minor way. He hated it. Gritted his teeth, he refused to respond. He had no reason to. Instead he enlarged the ball in his hand and returned the flareon before it would have to suffer any more than it had. His action only received a soft chuckle from the blonde standing before him. It was clear that this was fun to her and that only ticked Blue off even more. Here he was, one of Kanto's best being forced into a corner by some pathetic woman that couldn't even save her own region from her own creations. He could always try to run from her now that his pokemon was safe, but he doubted it would be that easy. He had to hear her out and see what she planned to do. It was the only way he could assure his own safety though his ego would have to suffer as a consequence. That hurt him more than anything.
"A smart boy, I must say. I expected nothing less from the grandson of the great Professor Oak," Milli mused as she stepped forward and crouched down to gently stroke the top of Kaede's head. "Now Blue, that's your name right? Oh who am I kidding. Anyone would know of you; former Kanto Champion and currently the strongest gym leader in Kanto. You're a boy whose reputation is well know across all the regions." Rising back to her full height, Millicent strode past her pokemon and approached Blue with a smirk across her lips. Circling around him, Blue couldn't help but feel uncomfortable once again. He couldn't tell what she was about to do. For once he felt it difficult to read the situation. He should have expected such from a woman that was able to gain such power at a relatively young age. Nevertheless, he refused to speak and he simply glared at her which only caused another laugh to arise from her throat. Feeling her place a hand on his shoulder sent a shiver down his spine, but his gaze didn't waver as he looked her right in the eyes. He would not let her intimidate him. "Not the talkative type, huh? Well all I wanted to do was talk, Blue. You seek information, right? Who better to ask than me. I trust your grandfather so I think I can trust you too. You are here to save my region after all."
Was that her game? It was a tempting offer and he found it hard to refuse. It would be better than sneaking around trying to gather what he needed, but she still left him on edge and he wasn't sure how to feel about any of this. Did she truly trust him that easily? Her words seemed sincere yet at the same time she could easily be playing him. Watching her step back from him, Blue allowed himself to relax a bit before deciding he should at least try to get some information. If anything maybe he could try to take control of the situation and get himself out of here. "Depends on what kind of information you're willing to give me," he finally responded. At those words, he watched the woman light up with excitement and she stepped aside to gesture on of the men that had only recently arrived forward. In his hands he held a notebook that was labeled legendary cloning. He could easily infer what information it held simply from the name alone. Was she really willing to give him something like this just because of his grandfather? It seemed too good to be true. He couldn't think of anything she would get out of giving it to him unless she was expecting him to bring it back to Kanto immediately and have the old man study it for himself. That seemed like more hassle than it was worth. "And what do you want me to do with something like that? It's not like the old man is here to study that."
"Oh silly boy, I want you to take it and study it. I know what information your little girlfriend was looking at. She had the file based on our studies of samples of legendaries we had found," the woman explained as she took the file from the man and held it out to Blue. "This information is from when we actually managed to clone certain legendaries. I want you to take it and with the help of your girl figure out how to deal with our legendary problem." So she knew what had happened. It was almost as if she was a mastermind of sorts. Nevertheless, he found her offer intriguing but also a difficult one to deal with. He could see why she would ask him to deal with such a thing, but with the help of only Suzume? There was no way the Alolan champion would ever agree to such a thing. What was even worse was that she was insisting on calling her his girlfriend. As much as he wanted to object to it, he figured he was in no position to. Instead he reached out and grabbed the notebook from her hand silently agreeing to the challenge that had been posed to him. If this was a trap then he would find out later on, but for now he could only trust her words. Besides, he figured this was the only way he was going to be allowed to leave quietly. That was all he wanted. Noticing that Milli was back to grinning like an idiot, Blue couldn't help but grimace in disgust. She certainly reminded him of how Green acted sometimes. It was irritating. "I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Blue. Now if you'd be so kind to excuse me again. Oh and please leave my back halls. I don't need you snooping around. It's so lowly of you to do that, my boy."
It pained him to accept such terms, but Blue simply nodded. It was even worse that she was calling him boy like his grandfather did. She wasn't even that much older than he was and she was looking down on him. It was beyond annoying. Holding back any crude remarks, the gym leader turned on his heels and began to make his way out of the back halls. By the sound of the footsteps behind him, he could tell he was being followed by the men that had been there. That was fine by him. As long as he found to leave in silence then nobody would have to know what had happened though he would have to explain how he had gotten the information he had somehow. That would be a difficult story to tell. The last thing he wanted to do was talk about how he had to give in to the Team Clone leader so easily. Huffing softly, he soon found himself back in the lobby and he looked around quietly. For the most part there weren't many trainers left. Most of them had gone on their way to deal with the situation in whatever manner they saw fit. That was good for him. Nobody would be around to question him and it meant he could slip outside without being questioned. Tucking the notebook into his jacket, he made his way to the doors and quietly exited.
Being outside again felt great and he could finally relax. The only problem was he needed to find Suzume again as much as he didn't want to. After what had happened he was sure that she didn't want to see him. He had yelled at her pretty good and never before had he seen her act like she had after his scolding. Maybe he had overdone it. No. She needed to be scolded for stealing. Even if the information was that important it still wasn't right to take it. Giving his head a small shake, Blue looked around for a moment only to catch sight of the Alolan champion sitting on a bench not too far away. Was she waiting for him? He doubted it. Nevertheless, he decided to approach. For once the smug expression he usually wore didn't make itself present and instead he wore a rather neutral one. "I see you made it out of there alright. Then again those guys weren't so tough," he remarked, deciding to avoid bringing up his encounter with Milli just yet. Instead he pulled the notebook out of his jacket and dropped it onto the bench beside her before averting his gaze away. "And there's a little gift. I assume that it's different from the information you had taken so maybe you can learn something from it." He doubted he should be giving her the information like that, but he had little interest in reading it over himself. Sure if he really had to he would, but from how she had been acting inside he thought it was best to let her have at it first. She would probably find it a far better read than he ever would. The only reason he would look it over was to try and understand what exactly was happening with the cloned legendaries and even then he would probably only bother reading one of the several examples he figured the notebook held. The only problem he really saw with handing out such information was the question of how he got it. There was no avoiding the topic. He was sure about it. For one she might accuse him of stealing which would make him a hypocrite, but maybe she would see beyond that. He could only hope. The last thing he needed was a scolding for going against his own words but then again it would be better than needing to explain his encounter with Millicent. "You probably shouldn't read it out in the open like this though. Finding a quiet place is probably better. If someone sees something like that they surely steal it without a thought."

Stopping Clone? did he hear that right? Alex had arrived to the new region only moments before the meeting that Mili had. Alot of people where gathering, so he decided to go check it out because his brain told him that it was something important and just as he thought, it was. Now Alex wasn't much of a trainer, but he trained his pokemon to battle just in case something like this happens. To be honest he never thought about battling until his twin brother bugged him about. He loved drawing, art..not fighting. However, he wasn't going leave his self defenseless. At the end of the day, training his good friends for battle was a good call. Alex was a pretty ok trainer to.
"Well..this is a rather sticky situation that Acrea was in." Although this wasn't his problem, Alex felt like he had to help out here. Beside, it would be interesting seeing a clone. He knew he had to be careful since even the leader of the region and her crew was having a hard time dealing with them."Well...i guess i could lend a hand, but first..i need a little inspiration for my next piece." He placed his hands together and stretched his arm out." I can start to feel the inspiration flowing through my veins...umhm..yes. I love the vibe that this city is giving off." Alex didn't even the notice the odd stares that people where giving him. He was entering a art phase and one shouldn't be around him once was." What do you think Vincent? should we get started? or should we look more into this clone situation?"
There was no reply for his partner."Vincent? Vincent?! oh no, where did he go?!" this wasn't the first time his partner vanished like that, it happened a couple of times in the past."Im...im such a bad trainer." Now wasn't the time to beat his self up, he needed to find his friend! Alex started to run off, gripping the straps of his bad tightly. He decided to go the P.C to start his search until he saw someone who caught his attention. That kimono...the pined up silvery white hair, and even her eyes. Alex's eyes grew bright, his inspiration went through the roof. This girl he was looking at was stunning and he must..draw...
"Ahh! que suis-je en train de faire?(ahhh! what am i doing?)i gotta find Vincent! but wait a second, maybe she seen him?" Alex slapped the his cheeks lightly before making his way over to the girl."G-good day miss! You see..umm, i kinda lost smeargle friend and i was wondering if you seen him around. I know, i fail as a trainer sometimes..but i swear he was just right beside me." he rubbed the back of his head." If it helps, he's a shiny smeargle."

Trash? Oh boy, Calem started to get a little mad and it was against the law to make someone like him upset. He still didn't like this guy's idea of killing others despite what he heard." You know..i use to think that when i was younger, but i don't agree with you. Killing others...is still a sign of weakness. It only proves how weak you are and i really do hate people who do it. For power..for fun, it doesn't matter." his hand curled into a tight fist, clips of his past begin to overtake him once ago. Those horrible days..that pain he tried to forget, Calem had pushed them away...so he thought. This trainer before him seem to had brought them back form the dead.
"There is nothing that holds me back. Never will, never have." The boy bared his teeth in anger." The idea of killing, makes me sick to my stomach and you don't deserve to call your self a human." Soon enough, his sceptile partner appeared form his pokeball. The pokemon could feel his anger radiating form his trainer, which worried him." It's alright sceptile..i'm fine." Calem took a deep breath and pushed back his blonde hair." Anyway...I never show my opponents any mercy, no matter who they be. Man,Woman, or child. I only seek to be the strongest and i know i will be. Without ending someone'e life."

Elincia had been paying little mind to her surroundings as she walked along. Her mind was far off elsewhere until the sound of a voice pulled her back to reality. It caught her completely off guard and caused her to jump a bit which is return caused Kaminari to become defensive. Letting a low growl escape his throat, the jolteon protectively stepped in front of the kimono girl. It wasn't an overly scary sight, but the electric type was trying his best to protect his trainer. Realizing that it was nothing to be too worried about, Elincia let a sheepish laugh escape her lips before she rubbed the back of her neck. "Oh Kaminari, it's alright. He's not gonna hurt me," she cooed as she crouched down to gently stroke his bristly fur. A few tips she could feel it lightly zap her, but it was nothing all too dangerous and her touch seemed to put him at ease. Once he was calmed down, she gently scooped him up in her arms and stood back to her full height. By then her attention had already shifted back to the boy before him hoping that she hadn't embarrassed herself too much in the process. Usually she didn't scare easily, but she really had been too deep in her own thoughts. Nevertheless, she put a smile on to try and patch up the awkwardness that had probably ensued. "My apologies for that. He can be a bit defensive." He wasn't the worst of her pokemon when it came to such though. At least Eskimo wasn't out. He was a bit more feisty than Kaminari was. That was beside the point. She still hadn't even answered the question that had been posed to her. Now she was truly embarrassing herself. This was so out of character for her. Usually she was far more composed. Perhaps it was the doing of the situation she found herself in at the moment.
"Anyways, your smeargle is missing, huh?" she repeated as she gave a quick look around. She didn't recall seeing one running around. It would have been a bit difficult to pick out in the mass of people walking about and she figured even if it had passed her she probably had been too lost in her own mind to notice it. "I can't say I have seen it, sadly, but maybe I can help you out." Elincia wasn't sure what kind of help she could offer, but she might as well try. This boy had decided to approach her so just maybe she could be of use to him and in the very least help him find his missing companion. It shouldn't be too hard to find a pokemon, right? Maybe her own pokemon could prove to be useful though the only idea she had was trying to use the jolteon to track the other down. That would require a scent to follow though and even then she wasn't sure how great Kaminari would be with something like that. He had never had to do anything like that before. Normally he was one of her go to pokemon for any battling she had to do along with Eskimo hence why they were a bit more feisty than her others. The rest usually accompanied her in her dances and weren't necessarily all too strong in other areas. Shaking the thought off, she needed to focus. "Do you remember where you last saw him? Maybe that would be a good place to start. Or maybe you have something with his scent on it. I can always see if Kaminari can track him down for you."

Caelan yawned, "You say you don't kill, but you're close to boring me to death. But know this, there will always be somebody stronger than you. Even if you stand at the top as a Pokémon League Champion, there will always be somebody who is stronger. It is the way of life. I don't honestly care if you don't want to kill, perhaps what I consider weakness, you consider strength. You know... I do see potential in you. I want to see how far that potential can carry you on its own. Even though my Pokémon are strong, I still think there's strength in numbers. If you're willing, I'll put what's been said here behind me. I suppose everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. And I apologize for the trash remark."

Tags: Felix, openEcho continued to skip along along the streets with her espurr trailing behind her. The young girl knew that she should probably ask for directions and head on to the next town as it appeared that the one she was searching for had already left Violetport. Of course, if she went and asked an adult they would probably question why such a young girl was all by herself in a busy city, and she didn’t have the time for that. Looking around, she spotted what appeared to be a kid a few years older than her leaning against a large Pokémon statue. Grinning eagerly, Echo rushes over to the blonde boy and asked,
“Excuse me, could you give me directions to the route to Turcliff Town?”

Dozing peacefully, Felix really had no care in the world. He figured Hawk would at least keep watch while he sat below though he doubted the grumpig would make much of an effort to warn him if someone was approaching to come and scold him or anything like that. If anything the pig would just let it happen. That was exactly what happened. At the sound of a voice, the teen cracked an eye open and rolled over enough to peer down at the child that had approached him. Well, at least he wasn't being scolded, but this was unexpected and even though he tended to act like a child he admittedly wasn't the greatest at dealing with them sometimes. His childish nature could only carry him so far when it came to them. Letting a soft yawn escape his lips, he rolled back to his place and spread his arms out. Might as well take his sweet time to respond. Besides, he had to think about the question that he was asked. How was he supposed to tell her how to get to the route when he hadn't visited Acrea in so many years. It was possible that things hadn't even changed, but at the same time it was entirely possible that the routes had changed during the years he had been unable to enter the region. Tapping his foot lightly against the statue as he thought over how he should answer, he finally came to a conclusion.
Pushing himself up, Felix threw his legs over the side of the bidoof monument and looked down at Echo. "The route to Turfcliff, huh?" he repeated as he slid down and land beside Hawk. "I haven't been there in awhile. Let's see if I can remember where it is." Tapping his chin with a finger, the blonde moved past Echo and quietly scanned the area trying his best to remember the layout of the city. It sure had changed though since he had been here. Sure it had been busy before but this was even bigger than what he remembered. Milli really had done the city some good though he really didn't expect anything else. It wasn't as if she was an evil person. She did plenty of good even if she didn't want anything to do with him. Pushing the thought aside, Felix finally turned to face the young girl once again. "I think the route should be near the Pokemon Center just down that street," he said as he pointed in the direction he was referring to. Was it really okay for him to be giving these directions to a child though? Now that he thought about it, she did seem too young to be going out on her own though there was a pokemon with her. "Are you going off on some kind of adventure because that sounds like a whole lot of fun! And what would be better than an adventure with someone else, yeah?"

Alex yipped abit when her Joltoen went on the offensive. Well, he could see why, Alex was a stranger. He could be a robber for all they know. but he wasn't. Just a normal ol artist who's traveling around the world to hone his skill as both a artist and a decent trainer. Not only that, going around the world, meeting people, pokemon was fun." Its alright! i understand. You have good pokemon there, willing to defend his trainer. Such a beautiful bond~ even if he tries to bite my hand off. Haha." Alex chuckled nervously." Im kinda glad he didn't tho, i need my hand." the boy could feel his self going off track again, which wasn't normal. It was hard for him to keep his focus unless he was doing something with art. In fact, when he had gotten into his art phase, its almost as if he changes into another person...kinda scary if anyone actually sees him. "Yeah..Vincent tends to wonder off form time to time and yet, i always seem to forget that. He only does it when he smells food that he like." Alex, to alot of people who found his smeargle friend in the past, was careless. He felt bad for not being able to keep his eyes out for his best friend and questioned his self as a trainer most of the time.
" I know, i know..i'm a bad trainer for losing him..." Alex rubbed the back of his salmon colored hair. He then pointed to the spot where he just left, which wasn't far form the PC. Right in front of a clothing store that he should check out when he get the chance..not before he found a art store first."We where over there by that clothing store last, i was talking about the next piece i wanted to do and when looked beside me, he was gone." he sighed."You see, i normally don't have much of a hard time finding him, but i know this city has many food places so i don't even know where to start." when she asked if he had anything that had Vincent's scent on it, Alex nodded. He reached for his bag and grabbed a paint brush form it." this is Vincent's personal paintbrush. Maybe this can help." Alex's face was radiating with embarrassment." Sorry for putting you through all this trouble. Thank you for the help."

Calem sighed, chilling out abit. A tiny smirk came across his face suddenly." That may be true, but i haven't met that trainer yet. Sorry, but losing isn't a option..only winning makes you stronger." he pushed his hair back some before tucking both hands inside his jacket pockets."Anyway...i don't care what you do. Kill, don't kill..i shouldn't worry about anything other then my self. I do things my way and if anyone ever has a problem on how i do things, they can try to do something about it..although i don't recommend it unless you want a beat down." he shrugged and turn his back."Anyway, alot of people tell me that, its nothing surprising. Now, if you don't mind..i have a region to conquer." [/color]
