"After I lost my kits, I was depressed for a while. When I finally got out of my depression, I thought about my next step on what to do with the rest of my life. And after a moon of thinking, I decided to remain as a queen, hoping to prevent other queens from losing kits like I did."

Padding softly through some bushes, Eaglegaze breathed deeply as he searched for herbs, mainly using his sense of smell to guide him. Although the day wasn't the most eventful so far, he wanted to be prepared at all times. His store of marigold was getting low and his chamomile had gotten old. Remembering that there had been some marigold growing in the general area, he stopped there first, hoping that his nose didn't fail him- it usually didn't. After getting caught in some bushes, nearly tumbling into a dry creek bed, and scaring the feathers off of a robin, he sat back. He was perplexed at the fact that the herb was nowhere to be found. "I could have sworn that it was around here somewhere," he sighed in exasperation. "Maybe it was actually somewhere that looked like here...?" His nose never failed, but sometimes his memory sure did.
