I think a finals round is a great idea! You could narrow it down so there's only a few trial modders left and then divide the trial clans amongst them and see how well we do with multiple clans. Right now it's easy to get such nice replies out when I only have to focus on one clan but working with multiple will be a different experience and something we'll be doing if we become a full-time mod.

I also just want to say that Mottle is one lucky cat. After I rolled for Pumpkin's death I did the same for Mottle and she came extremely close to sharing Pumpkin's fate. Then I rolled to see the extent of her injuries and she came away without any.

Sign-ups for the Trial Event are now closed, the event will run as normal from today to Monday the 18th, at which time me and night will narrow it down to the final contestants, and then take them to pm. They will be given a series of questions to see how they will respond in certain scenarios, and our final decision will be released on the 22nd, unless something comes up, or y'all continue to be so dang good it's just that hard xD

I have a question about the prophecy and Thistle.
Thistle's supposed to return in 1 moon, so will that be brought up in this reply, or my next one?
And when she does return what happens? What kind of ability can she have earned?

@xXocea - she returns in your next reply, since in the moon she left I put she'd return in 6 moons, so it was six moons from that reply.

As for abilities, think of it as she's gaining some kind of power-up. Nothing ridiculously overpowered like winning every fight, but something small like::

When helping with a kitting, there will be no stillborns
Will always catch (x) type of prey
Will always bring back (x) amount of herbs
Higher chance of attracting high ranked cats
Lowering the risk of severe attacks
Teaching two skills to an apprentice per session
Higher chance of drawing in kits/apprentices/queens/elders
attracting odd-looking cats
Guaranteeing a litter size of (x - recommended 3+)

Or something else that's small, but cool, and helpful
