I snorted after everything was done and said with the picking of the deputy. Tigertalon wasn't a bad choice I guessed, but slightly in my gut there was a slight prick of rage that I hadn't been picked, but I had known that I wouldn't be able to be deputy anyway because I had never had an apprentice, that was a dumb rule by far that StarClan had made up. Though my respect for those cats overcasted the rage against it. Even if other cats might not believe that I am a strong believer in StarClan because I'm nasty and aggressive, I really and truly am a good cat, at least in following StarClan's rules.

Daydreamer thought, I am thirsty. She was becoming dehydrated, and the weather was warm. She ate a bit of grass that was covered in dew. She sighed, knowing this green leaf would be difficult. She was worried for CelestialClan, and she was worried for her kittens that would be born soon.
