I was stressing out. My oldest doggo had some surgery today, but he's in recovery and I can pick him up soon so I'm feeling a little less stressed now. Hey Kalon FC, what's going on? It's been a while. Hope everyone has been well and is taking care of themselves <3 I always love to chat about Kals so feel free to send me a PM if you want, I love hearing about everyone's characters and their stories etc. ^^

Red/high noon was awesome enough to do a growth and transfer + edits for me so I'd like to reintroduce Lamaryth and Khibiny.

Lamaryth

If any of you can remember, Lam is from this amazing batch, so she's grown up envious of her siblings. This has in turn, made her bitter and resentful. She has deliberately become a black witch in order to gain the powers and abilities that should of been her birthright. You could say she is the nemesis to my good witch(tm) Drew.

Khibiny

Khib has been around for a while, he's from Nursery Batch #203. You could say he's a gangster-type figure who is still finding where he fits in the world. He loves anarchy, hence his shine (hound and I must of been on the same wavelength that week) and he's not someone you would ever dare trust.

---Trades---
I haven't traded for a while and to get my mind off things I'd love to add a new bean to my crew. I'm ridiculously attached to my kalons so I don't tend to trade them, however I am more than capable of getting any level MYO (except legendary) in return for a kalon I'm interested in.

I have a Loved Kalons folder which doesn't really help because there seems to be no rhyme or reason to what I like, either I connect to a design or a don't. Obviously the real dream would be a Tealea or cicamicu design but that's a long shot I'm sure.

what is your kalon's favorite type of candy? when did they first try it? oh gosh,, his favourite type of candy is probably swedish berries or any fruity kind of gummy to be honest. He promised that he'd have a beach bod by summer but he always finds himself buying more candy smh
what's the cheesiest thing your kalon would secretly love? he secretly loves romantic comedys and he only watches them by himself. he's too embarrassed to tell anyone he's into them.
what is a common misconception about your kalon? at first glance people think he's intimidating and a tough guy but really he's a big clumsy softie.
what does your kalon hope no one will every find out about them? ties back into the earlier question I guess lol- the fact that he watches romantic comedies and really enjoys them.

Hey FC!! It’s been awhile and so I thought I’d introduce my three new kids!

First, this is Calla

I got her in a readopt raffle hosted by Meduz, and I’m so thankful for getting her.
She’s a cop that grew up first with a very cushy life that led to a lot of betrayal and pain, which drove her to do what she does. She’s very stubborn, but is very pick and choosy about what laws she enforced, which can often get her into trouble. She has thick skin and is not afraid to get into a fight if she needs to for any reason.

After that, is my newest couple, both designed by Meri, who I have been gushing over at every opportunity because of.
These are Bandit and Hans respectively


They are based off of my cousins late dachshunds, who both passed in late 2018. I watched Bandit die and I had wanted to do something to honor the poor pup ever since. Hans died a month before him. Him and Hans were mates, despite a 7 year age difference and both being male. They were supposed to breed with the two females in the house, but alas, they had no interest. They were cute, and these two’s stories are based largely on those two’s personalities.

I suppose I’ll answer these questions for my boy Coal
* what is your kalon's favorite type of candy? when did they first try it?
Definitely a Skor bar. He’s always been a big fan of toffee, and although he can’t tell a difference in Heath and Skor, he thinks the black packaging makes him look tougher (Which he needs to let go).
* what's the cheesiest thing your kalon would secretly love?
Coal would love nothing more than for someone to ask him out either through a “check yes or no” letter or conversation hearts.
* what is a common misconception about your kalon?
Coal doesn’t try to be tough because it makes him look cool or because he wants chicks, but because he’s scared of being bullied for who he really is- a pushover.
* what does your kalon hope no one will every find out about them?
Honestly? That he comes from a wealthy home. He doesn’t want people to love him for his money, or even think of him as a “rich priss”, he just wants to be normal.

* what is your kalon's favorite type of candy? when did they first try it?
Jordans favorite candy is cinnamon disks. These cheap candies were one of his mother’s favorites growing up, and she would crush them up and use them in apple pie instead of sugar and cinnamon separately, or sometimes melt them down to do the same thing, depending on how she was feeling that day.
* what's the cheesiest thing your kalon would secretly love?
Jordans ideal afternoon is to curl up on a front porch swing with someone and just fall asleep there. He’s a classic country boy.
* what is a common misconception about your kalon?
Being country doesn’t make you a stereotypical “hillbilly”. He s a gentleman at its finest, and just wants a quiet life with someone special.
* what does your kalon hope no one will every find out about them?
Jordan had a falling out with his parents where they didn’t talk for a year because he came out as bisexual. They were always understanding, but they did try to tell him they thought he was confused at first and after that he just pushed them away. He knows now they never meant to hurt him and they fully accept him, but he doesn’t want anyone else judging his parents for this; it would break his heart.

xxxxxJust kidding, just kidding. I'm trying to break that habit and get more involved in the Kal community, since I've recently started entering for Kalons again. It's hard to believe that these guys have grown into something so massive! Hopefully I'll have the guts to stop lurking and finally post regularly :'')

xxxxxI couldn't be happier with how Yvaine (one of the runner ups to Kalon 1517) turned out! Red's designs are always gorgeous, so I knew I'd love her regardless of what she looked like, but she really speaks to me. <3
xxxxxYvaine is a street magician in a fantasy setting who's actually very good at her little slight-of-the-hand tricks. However, in the world she lives in, there's a secret society of real magic users -- one that stole her childhood best friend from her. She loves performing in front of crowds, but because of seeing that glimpse of real magic as a kid, she feels like she's nothing more than a phony. I really want to flesh out her story a little bit more and develop her world !!





xxxxxHelena was actually made a while ago as a RU to Kal 835,, I actually didn't realize she was made until about a week ago because I'm super dumb |''D Needless to say, I'm still super excited to finally have her!
xxxxxLena is a freelance photographer living in a modern au who's, quite frankly, kind of dense. (Still love her, though.) She's strangely lucky, and believes that there's a guardian angel watching out over her.

xxxxxI'm not very good at RPing or headcanoning, but if anyone's particularly interested in having their Kals be friends with my girls, I'm totally down for that! <3
