Personality || Riverroar is an outwardly snarky she-cat using sarcasm to divert attention away from what she may actually be feeling or thinking. Her untimely insults haven't made her many friends in Thistleclan but being heavy with kits most cats leave her alone.



Background || Riverroar never knew her exact origins as her parents weren't exactly around very often but she roamed around the open fields on the edge of a forest for most of her life. (Exactly how she came to be apart of the clans will depend on her mate's backstory and whether they met before or after she joined the clan). A few moons before the final battle the two she-cats decided they wanted kits and because of this Riverroar couldn't actually fight in the battle itself.

Okay! If you ever need help with grammar, spelling, etc. , please PM me! English has the WORST grammar and spelling rules in any language I’ve seen, and most tell me it’s a very difficult language to move over to (it’s my first language so it’s less of a difficulty to me).

personality, when you first meet russetpaw, you get the impression that she's just quiet and really shy. however, when you get to know her and gain her trust, she'll be one of the loudest and most talkative cats you'll ever meet. she usually keeps to herself though, rarely joining in with conversations unless a cat speaks directly to her (like a mentor, the leader etc). if you ever see russetpaw, she'll most likely be close to briartail, as he is the one cat who she really trusts with her life.

if you're kind to russetpaw, she will definitely return your kindness, but if you do her wrong or are rude in any way to her, expect the same kind of treatment back; the apprentice is rather stubborn and can be petty sometimes. while she is quite aloof and separated from the clan, she is very loyal, intelligent, and she is protective over everyone, even if she doesn't know them all that well. russetpaw loves running, climbing and fighting - and she's rather good at all of those things. her only weakness is swimming. when she was a young kit, she got stuck in a stream and almost drowned (she was taken out by her father); she'd hated water ever since, and tries her best to avoid it.

backstory, russetpaw was born to loners spider and maroon. she was given the name red, due to the colour of her pelt. when she was five moons old, her parents got caught up in the war between thistleclan and pineclan. they were killed, as they tried talking to some of the cats from pineclan to persuade them to stop, and so red was on her own. she was left wandering around the fields, and was found by briartail, who took her back to thistleclan. they changed her name to russetkit, and briartail cared for her ever since then. she owed her life to the tom.

personality, briartail has always been known as a kind and caring soul. he acts like a 'father' to most of the apprentices - more so to russetpaw - and loves to play with kits. he loves everyone in the clan, and has undying respect for all of the cats. ever since he was a kit, briartail just wanted to help other cats and make them happy. it's his favourite thing to do.

although he is usually this lovely tom, he does sometimes get overwhelmed, and he gets quite sensitive and tends to close himself off from other cats for a while. he is extremely loyal and intelligent, with a strong instinct to protect anyone around him. briartail loves hunting and swimming, and he is great at both of those things. he's not too good at climbing though.

backstory, briartail was born in thistleclan to warriors ryetuft and yellowtooth, and was raised with the clan. his parents had fought in the war between the clans, and sadly died during those times. he was eager to train and become a warrior so that he could help thistleclan in their battle, and he finally got his wish. while he was out in the fields once, patrolling, he came across russetpaw [red, at the time] and sat with her, asking questions. when he'd found out her parents were killed, he asked her if she would like to join thistleclan. to his joy, the kit said yes, and he took her back to the clan where she was accepted in and had her name changed. he's looked after and raised her ever since, and he's very proud of her progress.

personality, ashwing is a responsible, intelligent young tom-cat,
who loves hunting, climbing and swimming. he enjoys the co-
mpany of his clan-mates, and especially likes playing and han-
ging around with the kits. he is loyal to the clan, and has a
strong instinct to protect everyone there - even though he was-
n't born into it like the others. ashwing doesn't like fighting very
much, as he likes to think that talking is a much better way of
resolving things than violence.

backstory, ashwing was born into pineclan, but he didn't like the
clan very much at all - he didn't really fit in with the other cats.
that's why he wasn't too fussed when he was 'forced' to join this-
tleclan; he joined a clan where everyone seemed to get along

then he's violent and merciless. the tom is extremely loyal to thist-
leclan, and will always choose them over any others.

backstory, pantherfoot was born to a loner, rex, and a warrior
lilystorm (both now deceased), and he was raised in thistleclan.
during the war between the two clans, he wasn't himself. he
was cold and distant to his clan-mates - all he wanted was for
pineclan to pay for what they had started. as many cats would
be able to tell, he's still not very fond of the cats that thistle-
clan had taken on from pineclan.
