That is... insanely unfair to them. The unicorn was OMG so rare before the update and should be placed above the nons. Even at current list placement their side isn't even worth a main list.

I agree entirely...
Whether the Nick Unicorn trades easily or not doesn't matter- they're overpaying by hundreds of '09 rares.
