She is considered overpowered since she can control the sun and she isn’t quite old enough to have legends told about her

Well, to “control” the sun I meant by controlling sunlight, and those legends were told many years before she was even born.

That would be a good thing to add rather than saying she controls the sun. I would advise that you avoid having legends told about her before her birth

Well, those legends weren’t spoken about her, they were spoken about that a Phoenix fell from the sky in a desert, and many years later a female SunWing laid an egg, and when it hatched, and named her after the bird of the forgotten legend. When Phoenix was around eight years old, another SunWing thought she looked bad with the spiky ball on her tail and cut it off her tail. She also thought she looked nicer at that time.
