according to the C$ guide, the skeleton pps is worth exactly 440C$ so yes it's fair : )

Valuing 1 Rare at 4 Uncommons of the same year - the bottom is worth only 1 2014 Uncommon
Valuing 1 Rare at 2 Uncommons of the same year - the bottom is worth only 1 2015 Uncommon
Up to you on if you want to trade down your Rare or not

I'm currently trying to trade up my Timberwolf and I'd be happy to get some opinions on those two trades..
