It sounds like you're planning to submit a picture of a cake that you found on the Internet and has nothing to do with CS. I wouldn't recommend it, because you'd get banned for doing that.

if you cannot get a hold of candles... can you find something that looks like them and make them look moreso like candles? perhaps... colourful crayons?
