Big Rarity Update - read for details!

I've seen some pets that really surprised me at their new rarity.
Like the store pets that went omg. And I'm a bit surprised the ur aussie stayed at vr, when most of the rest of the urs (aside, I think, only the apple - forever vr ) went to omg. The biggest shocker to me is still him: He never seemed to be rarer than the other VR dragons, just more popular because he's pps. I never thought he'd ever be omg. lol
I lost a lot of uncommon fodder, but I'm loving this update because it's MUCH more accurate now. And, hopefully, it will make swapping for missed monthly outcomes will be way less stressful.
On the flip side of I "lost" uncommon fodder, looking back at trades I made for previous pets that are now rarer than when I traded for them... make it seem like I got a super great deal on them (take Totes for instance. This trade was made in 2011. Pretty sure that was its list placement at the time. ).

sorting through my groups and gained double the amount of rares i previously had, and my old commons i traded for are now uncommon! so that was a score for me.

Now it will take ages, until this pet (and whole litter) become rare. Uncommon to very common. As for me, now I have two rare hoards 50/21 (2010 butterfly wolves).

Someone new sent a trade asking for 10C$ for this guy the other day, so I adjusted it down to, like 2C$, looking at it's new rarity now i wish i had changed it to only 1C$ or maybe even had just gifted it, oof. >_<

im super surprised that these two pets went up in rarity, along with others but mainly these guys, did not think these were that rare especially the horse. :0

I'm glad a ton of the monthlies turned to commons. I was wondering how they ended up being uncommon in the first place, so this is great. Took me a long time to sort through all my pets tho xD

EDIT:

I went through all my favourites and this sweet bun got upgraded to OMG So Rare!! Ahh This is my first pet with this rarity, I am really appreciating this update now haha!
