huge thank you to the mods for putting in the effort! i'm not very happy about having to resort my pets haha, but at least everything will be balanced out, and i might get a few extra rares if i'm lucky

Great change! I like the way rarity is now a better reflection of the age of the pet, and how it more accurately shows the difference between a rare and a holiday "rare." It certainly disrupts things a bit, but if this kind of update happens more commonly, pets stand a chance of accruing value with time.

I guess I'm a bit torn on this update. I literally just traded my lists down for uncommons only to have most of them go common or less, making them even harder to trade. Maybe giving a warning that a rarity update this big was gonna happen woulda been cool?
It just feels like the whole trading system got changed in the blink of an eye.

Yo same, i just traded a butt ton of rares (older mind you) for uncommons that are now common and very common. I do like this update, but i wish we were given notice.

It all makes sense now aha, I was so confused this morning when I went to trade! I checked my list pet group haha and went wHAt??
I just looked at this rat the other day, and now today it's OMG so rare!

Thank God! At least we don't have a ton of very rare pets anymore. Which is great since too many were in this category. The down side is it may jar some values a bit. Like for example this one.

Never expected my dream pet to go OMGSR. But I have a feeling getting the others store pets I am missing will be harder now if they went OMGSR as well. Gonna dig through the archives to see what changed. This was an overall good change though. Though I kinda wished we had 8 bars instead of 7.
