The Archives

Welcome to the brand new archives! This is where you will fill out the forms to level up, make amendments to your clan, turn in completed challenges, and submit stories to roll for scars or kill off your cats. We have transferred the actual archive to a website found above. If you ever see anything inaccurate, PM me on here or DM me on Discord (Hevno#6768) to get it corrected! Enjoy your stay!

Post here to level up, and please do not pretty up the form or remove/change the title to your post. Also, link your tasks individually. Listing random gibberish in each task then expecting me to find it is not acceptable; if all of the prompts are under the same link, just link them all with each task STILL LISTED. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: With the addition of multiple clans, you may NOT reuse a cat to level up another clan. If a cat is transferred from your first clan to your second clan, and you already used the personality and history to level up your first clan, you cannot use the personalities or histories for those cats to level up the clan.

[New as of 1.27.19] When you are wanting to buy/sell or trade/gift a cat, you must fill out this form. New rules have been added, so do note the following;
- You must own the cat for 2 months before transferring ownership
- Both parties [receiving and giving] must be level 1 in order to gift or sell/purchase cats.
- Only the former owner of the cat needs to post.

- After you fill out this form, both parties need to post on the cat(s) page to confirm the transaction.


Previously, bred kits have been allowed to be sold, traded, or gifted immediately after being posted.
Now, bred kits posted as of today may only be gifted immediately after being posted. They may not be traded until the 2 month cooldown is over.

Previously, we have allowed members to trade, gift, and sell living cats within Rise.
Now, cats obtained by any means before this date may be sold, traded, or gifted. Cats obtained by any means after this date(4/15) may only be traded or gifted. Accepting payment for a Rise cat will result in an immediate ban.
To Clarify: The rule comes out today. User 1 wants to sell a cat they got at least 2 months ago. They can, so they sell it to User 2. User 2 can't sell it since they obtained the cat after the rule was made.

Scars/Deaths

Submit a form to earn a scar or kill off a character.
Deceased cats will not count towards your cat total. They will be marked deceased and you may use them as an ancestor. Ancestors may still appear in writing and art. Ancestors may not be traded or transferred to other Rise clans.
Your leader will not lose a life, and your characters will not die, unless you explicitly request it in your form.
Scenes MUST be appropriate for CS.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a permanent scar. If you choose to kill a character it cannot be undone.
If you earn a visible scar, you can ask the artist of your character to add it to their reference.
By submitting this form, you open your cat up to the random chance of injuries/scars.
Possible: superficial claw/bite marks, sight or hearing damage, limb injury resulting in a limp

Written scenes must be 500 words minimum for a 10% chance of earning a scar. Your chance for a scar increases 10% with each additional 500 words up to 1500 words. (Max 30% chance).
Drawn scenes must be cleanly lined, flat-colored, and include a background with a short caption to explain the scenario for a 10% chance. Your chance increases to 20% when you add shading. It increases to 30% with a more complicated, detailed background. The cat in your drawing must be recognizable.

10% - RNG set 1-10. Scar earned if I roll a 5.
20% - RNG set 1-10. Scar earned if I roll a 3 or 7.
30% - RNG set 1-10. Scar earned if I roll a 4, 5, or 6.

Earn Rare Trait Tickets

Available Tickets: Blind, Deaf, Mute (open for suggestions)

These tickets can be redeemed for use on existing Rise cats or added to your custom form.
It is expected that disabilities within Rise are portrayed respectfully.

Please answer the following prompts in your form.

Prompt 1: While these traits make life in the wild a challenge, how do they overcome and live a normal life within their clan? (250+ words)

Prompt 2: Explain to me their role in the clan and how they contribute. What makes them an asset to their clan? (200+ words)

Prompt 3a: Write or draw a scene about the character/from the character's perspective(not necessarily focusing on the trait) if the cat is existing. (500+ words, or flat-colored full body with a simple background minimum)

Prompt 3b: Tell me about your plans for the character if you will be ordering a custom. You can also write or draw(sketch perhaps?) a scene about the character leaving out details such as their description/colors. (500+ words, or a detailed full body sketch/uncolored lineart with full background minimum)
