Also, quick question, what will the "cadets" (is that right?) do after the ceremony? Just go back to their rooms? Or will Atlanta talk to them first? Or something else lol

They’ll be asked to go to the training center, where Atlanta will prepare a debriefing of their first mission. These poor eighteen-year-olds don’t seem to catch a break. XD

I’m going to leave the speeches open for a while but they’ll close at the end of this week.

Yep! Roommate selections were already done earlier in the year. The recruits have already been living with their roommate(s) for a few months now.
