"I don't remember a birth. Just.. Existence"
Name: Akuma
Age: Unknown
Species: Old World Demon
Gender: Female
"I don't remember a birth, or being raised by a loving community like the other beings have experienced. All I remember from that day is one moment there was nothing, then the next. There was everything."
Image

Beginnings.
Akuma is an old world demon. An ancient primordial creatures that have existed since the earth was new. She was one of the youngest. The metal dragon burst out of a lava filled caldera, a active volcano on a desolate charred island. Her first view of the world. She looked much like a dragon western humans feared. The size of a small cat, but she would grow.
The first years of life she spent on the island, until her wings and chest muscles grew strong enough to fly. She left her charred home to explore the world around her. To meet the lush and fascinating world that she would grew in. The world that will grew around her.
One of the younger Ancients, she came into being just as humans started to cultivate that land. They fascinated her greatly. How could these weak small things survive so will in the Ancients world, thrive in it. These little creatures could be killed by anything and yet here they are. Living and breathing, evolving. She loved them. She loved learning with them.
The trouble came thousands of years into the future. Where the humans, who once just lived along side the large ancient rulers of their world, feared and craved their power. Though old world demons were demons, they were not as bad as people label demons. They were primal animals, intelligent ones, but still animals. They minded their own business. Protecting their territories. Living in peace of the new beings.
The humans, and other mythical beast that evolved, fought against these Ancients. These Ancients we're powerful, immortal, and nearly impossible to beat. The humans sealed the oldest ancients away and nearly killed all the younger ancients. A new threat arrived as well.. Some demons evolved into the new world demons. Smaller, stealthier, and able to hide from humans.. These demons helped with killing the Ancients, fearing their power as well.
This is where Akumas hatred and primal anger came from. New nicknames arose for her. Demon of Destruction. The Dark God. The end. This demon threatened and defeated all humans that hurt her kind. Her family. The through the years of this bloodied extinction. She grew more and more elusive. Nearly all the young Ancients have been killed. All but one of the oldest Ancients have been sealed. Expect one. Ragnarok. Considered to be the oldest. Here before the world was born. It seems as if the humans would never beat Ragnarok. Until a unknown new world demon came to be, and gave the humans an ability to seal the elder one. Though when we did. The elder one gave a curse to both humans and demons a like. As well as flesh must be eaten. So must souls be consumed to keep the demon race alive. "The demons must forever hide from others, and others must forever hide from us."

After The End
After most of her kind was killed and locked away. Akuma went into hiding, Resting in the Amazon rain forest. Far from any other intelligent beings eyes. Only leaving the forest to feed on the souls of the creatures that killed her family. Which she enjoyed very much. After the great battles. This last Ancient lost attachment to others. Though Old Worlds seemed to only grow bonds with each other, and with all the Old worlds grow, at least as far as she knew, there was no one left. Until certain beings came into her life. She was still fascinated by the small creatures. That took over the world. If they we're intelligent and not scared of her. She slowly grew to like them. Even forming a bond with these creatures. Until they betrayed her for some reason. One tried to get her trust in order to kill her, sell her body as a power vessel. Of course that didn't work. She wasn't so easy to kill in these state. Humans fearing that another Ancient was alive. A priest she grew very close to, tried to seal away her power by turning her into a human. That also didn't work very well and in pure anger she set his whole village a blaze. Her last human companion was a king. A king that not only didn't fear her, but wanted to learn about her and her kin. They had grown so very close, they he invited her to his kingdom. Akuma was hesitate but she went. Though welcomed at first. She was soon adored and loved by the people has she continued to guard and save their kingdom. Until a new world demon appeared.. A powerful one. One that took all her might and strength to defeat. Akuma thought she would be welcomed as a hero. She was welcomed by betrayal. The king that she loved now feared her.. And sealed her away, for a thousand year.

Present
An earth quake had broken the seals keeping her asleep and keeping her trapped. She escaped. Burned and absorbed the souls of the city closest to her before flying away. Though she looked different, once the size of a mountain. Now she was the size of a elephant. On her neck and ankles was a metal collar chains, covered in Latin riding. A seal that suppressed her true abilities. Akuma was livid, but she had to live. She flew off to set up a new territory.. Maybe she could find a creature to use to break this seal of hers.. And take over the human world.

(will add later!)
Full Name: Lucidia Abernathy Stoker
Nicknames: Lucy
Age: looks about 9
Gender: Female
Species: Vampire-Demonic hybrid
Sexuality: n/a
Position: Weird Child Cousin that lives in a lavish basement room
Personality: If there ever was ANYONE to fit the stereotypical crepy child in a horror movie, look no further than Lucidia Abernathy Stoker. Despite having a needlessly cruel streak a mile long, and having a tendency to lash out at random, Lucidia can actually be an extremely sweet girl, full of love to give. Too bad her definition of love is giving people gruesomely maimed animals. In a word, she can be described as: Unstable.
Likes: Sweets (especially pastries and cakes), Tea, scissors, her friends, preforming cruel acts upon small animals, human flesh, her cat named Socrates.
Dislikes: Being alone for too long, being ignored, bright lights, sensory overload, having to act 'proper', baths
Fears: Loneliness, deep water, being forgotten, her cat going missing
Secrets: She's got secret stashes of things she collects (snail shells, bones, toys, etc) hidden all over the mansion!
Kin: Stoker family relative (mother), Unnamed Demon (father), Stoker family (she's like a weird little cousin.)
Romantic Interest: n/a
Boyfriend or Girlfriend: n/a
Spouse: n/a
Offspring: n/a
History: Lucidia Abernathy Stoker was born out of wedlock with a demon and an unnamed stoker family relative. She was dropped on the doorstep of the Manor as a baby. As she grew, it was noted that;
1. Her physical development seemed to drastically slow at a certain age,
2. She was certainly not 100% a vampire,
And
3. She had a cruel streak beyond compare; lashing out at others at random, and being able to cause some serious damage.
It was then decided that she would have her own little place in the basement, full of toys and little things for her to play with. While she often stays down there, Lucidia adores exploring, sometimes getting lost and not even realizing it.
Other: Her fangs have the appearance like dog's teeth; rather than being clean, single fangs, they are segmented into three.
Due to her partial-demon heritage, Lucy has strange, segmented wings akin to floating black crystals.
(I hope this is okay!!!!)

How does your character grieve? Are they good at confiding in others when things go wrong, or do they even need to? Do your characters tend to act more on impulse and less rationally while grieving? How long does it/did it take for your character to consider themselves recovered from their grief? Do they at all?

Xzavier Beliel: Xzavier tends to become very reserved whilst grieving. He is notably more quiet and tends to keep to himself and the horses. During his grieving process, he'd much rather be alone. Confiding in others has never been easy for Xzavier but it's especially hard whilst dealing with a loss. He may turn to a trusted friend (such as Nikolai) for comfort but never to confide. After at least a few months, the nephilim will start to smile again. Once getting over the initial shock, he may confide in his horse.

Valac, The Fallen: During periods of grief, the young angel enjoys destruction. He tends to become irrational and spirals into a sort of psychosis, denying the loss even when confronted with the truth. Murder sprees are not uncommon and his anger tends to be uncontrollable. He spends his time sleeping and getting into violent altercations. Due to his tendency to break down totally, it can be years until he gets back to his normal self. After his violent sprees, he falls into a deep slumbering depression. Once his perpetual exhaustion runs out, he progresses through the rest of his grief in a haze before returning to his right state of mind.

Mikazuki Stoker: The vampiress spends her period of grief confined to her room. Her sorrow is palpable as she grieves. Mikazuki spends her days laying in the dark of her bedroom. Although she rarely leaves her bed, she also rarely sleeps during this time. Her hair stays down rather than twisted into her normal ballet bun. Despite others best efforts, Mikazuki stays shut off from the world. The only companionship that can bring a weak smile to her face is the company of an animal. Although, after a few months, she'll get back to running around the manor and being a general annoyance.

What makes an ideal partner? Describe their personality, style, and ideologies. Is an ideal partner a lifelong friend or a spouse? Perhaps they are a rival? What about them makes them the 'ideal'? Do they envision them without flaws or with them? If so, what types of flaws in a person would your character be most willing to work with?

Xzavier Beliel: Due to being such a loving person naturally, Xzavier can fall for almost anyone. He enjoys the company of someone who can make him smile above all else. An ideal partner for Xzavier is someone easy going and relaxed, a high strung life style is not one for this half angel. He enjoys going on scenic hikes and horse back rides, not very fond of modern transportation. He craves a friendly companionship, someone who he can be friendly and intimate with. Due to his inability to properly express his emotions, an understanding person is the one for him. Xzavier is very accepting of all people, flaws included. He can accept anything except for anger. An inability to keep anger in check is his deal breaker.

Valac, The Fallen: Valac is a difficult person to understand as he often has many walls up to protect himself. A friend is something that the fallen angel wishes for, someone who he can let his walls down around. Though, this is unlikely. His shattered trust is something that is hard to gain, making him constantly on edge. A partner for Valac is someone who is just as chaotic as he is and someone who understands that they will never fully have the boys trust. Being such a nervous creature requires constant reassurance of safety, love, and acceptance. Flaws are a necessity in someone who wishes to even befriend Valac. With his horrifying hobbies, a flawed person is the only one who could ever hope to enjoy the company of this frightened boy. Perhaps when the young angel grows, he'll be able to trust. For now, a relationship is unlikely.

Mikazuki Stoker: A princely type is the type for this young lady. She appreciates a well mannered person to balance out her playfulness. If you can render her speechless, Mikazuki will gladly fall head over heels. She values someone who will happily help her with her antics while keeping a cool and collected personality. Having a sense of trust and safety is a must, as well as someone who wont treat her as a disabled person. Despite being a very independent person, the young vampire needs someone who is willing to help her when she asks. She admires people with a hard working yet carefree personality. Flaws to Mikazuki are seen as characteristics, she's well aware of the fact that no one is perfect. She expects flaws from others, partly because she hopes that others will love her despite her flaws as well.

Describe their style of formalwear! Do they prefer dresses, suits, or something else? Do they tend more towards traditional styles or more eccentric ones? How modern is their attire? Do they follow the conventions of formality(white tie vs. black tie, evening vs. day dress, and the conventions spanning other, more specific instances wherein formal dress would be needed), or do they not differentiate between different formal events? Does your character dress simply to distinguish between formal and non-formal, or do they dress to impress?

Xzavier Beliel: Formal wear is not something that Xzavier is particularly fond of. He has a hard time understanding the changes of fashion through the years, preferring to wear his traditional outfit of a button down, suspenders, and slacks. The last time period that Xzavier for a hold of, fashion wise, was the 20's. His formal wear consists of a 3 piece suit and perhaps a hat. He doesn't try to impress, feeling much too uncomfortable even being looked at. Thus, his outfits have a tendency not to change.

Valac, The Fallen: Valac tends to be in a bad mood during any event in which he has to dress up. He wears a variety of outfits, ranging from a pair of jeans and a short sleeve button down during more casual events and a full 3 piece suit and bow tie during more formal events. A traditional outfit of a long sleeve button down, sweater or open blazer, and slacks is his favorite. He tends to enjoy more casual clothing, for comfort rather than style. He isn't particularly fond of showing off but he isn't one to look unfashionable either.

Mikazuki Stoker: Formal events are something of a dream for Mikazuki. She loves all things fancy, a true admirer to the princess life style. She always dresses to impress, especially during formal events. She'll use any excuse to buy a new outfit. She loves baby pinks and whites, refusing to stray from the colors. Lace, a tight fitted bodice, and an umbrella skirt are all common features in her outfits. She loves to dress up and is always sure to look her best, making sure to ask as many people as possible for their help.

Tell us all about their cooking! Can they cook well or poorly? Do they have a specialty(desserts, party food, simple meals, breakfast, ect.), or do they just know where to find good recipes online? Do they have special family recipes? What is their favourite food? What about their comfort foods? Are there any cultural dishes they enjoy making/eating?

Xzavier Beliel: Xzavier has a general grasp on a couple different dishes. His skill level is barely enough to make mashed potatoes and that's it. He prefers to leave the cooking to the chefs.

Valac, The Fallen: Valac doesn't particularly love cooking but he has the knowledge and skill to make just about anything. He doesn't have a specialty or any particular fondness towards any dish he makes but the meal he cooks the most is steak, to feed Everest.

Mikazuki Stoker: Mikazuki is an absolutely atrocious cook. There have been a number of times where the manor has had to evacuate due to her cooking, fire, gas, you name it. The chefs no longer let her in the kitchen.

How long does it/did it take for your character to consider themselves recovered from their grief? Do they at all?

LeMarc doesn't like to show his emotions, so when it comes to grieving he tends to somber himself. Were all that emotion to build up, he'd probably shut up and shut down, but for the most part he considers himself the person who absolutely has to maintain order when everyone else is in chaos, so letting himself grieve would be against that self-set rule. If LeMarc actually reached a point where he'd let himself grieve, he probably wouldn't ever recover.

Franz's biggest problems are focused around grief. He no longer has the capacity to remember all the things that have happened to him in the past thousand or so years, to the point where he no longer knows all the people he's lost. His lack of grief and memory is a defensive mechanism against a cemetery far too large for any sane person to maintain. As we've seen, when that protective barrier breaks down he is rendered completely useless.

Eadgyd does not consider herself capable of grief or remorse. She is susceptible to mourning, though, and believes burial is an extremely important task to undertake following loss. She would be very bothered if a burial could not be properly administered, such as a case where a body is unfound, or the loss is not permanent.

LeMarc says he prefers ordered and disciplined men, but his track record tends to have him falling for absolute messes. It's fair to say that he likes taking care of those he partners with, so an ideal one would have to put up with that. Well-dressed, polite, and task-oriented tend to be musts for him, or at least the willingness to adapt towards those mannerisms. He finds bad jokes oddly endearing, despite not acting so.

Franz's ideal partner is a lab assistant who is just as devoted to his work as he is, listens to him, and doesn't die. He admires people who are cordial and proper, with elegance to them and finesse. The ability to hold a conversation is a must.

Eadgyd likes fun people. She's not a big fan of suave, and debonair. No airs and graces will win her heart, and she'd rather just hang out in a bog throwing pinecones at squirrels than a fancy dinner. She's rather tsundere, though, so she tends to act like she doesn't want a partner. She really does want one though. Perhaps not a permanent one, but a partner in crime would be fun.

LeMarc has a suit for every single possible occasion, do not shame him like this by suggesting otherwise. You will never see LeMarc in anything but formalwear. It's rumoured he even sleeps in a suit, though since he hardly ever sleeps this has never been proven.

Franz hasn't changed out of his tweedy-professor suitin like fifty years. It's super moth eaten and worn by now. Somebody get this man new clothings.

Eadgyd would be all for wearing bright colours if she wasn't a woman of espionage. She needs to blend in to do her job well, so she sticks to shawls and scarves and long skirts. Would somebody introduce her to tie-dye she would be ecstatic! Overall, though, she doesn't really like clothing in general.

LeMarc isn't professional-chef level of cook, but he's pretty good. More out of necessity than anything else, though his food tends to be well done. His biggest problem is controlling the temperature of food, since he tends towards keeping heats high. He's a master at making coffee. He also doesn't tend to eat unless necessary, though there are some comfort foods he enjoys from his childhood. He misses fresh bread, pan au chocolat, and his mother's ratatouille.

Franz hasn't cooked in over a thousand years
. Or eaten food. Do not let him near food.

Eadgyd will literally eat anything. Raw fish, raw meat, twigs, leaves, candy no one wants, candy wrappers, ale, mead, blackberries, blood, tree-bark. Anything. She's not a picky eater. Cooking is for the weak.

Since CS made me change my signature because they didn’t like that my officer died for someone bad, I hope he finds rest while others hate him for doing his job and sacrificing his life.
