Personality: Contrary to his often threatening appearance (once he gets older), Darkpaw is nothing less than a big softie. Elders are his favorite patients, even if they can be crabby at times. He is loyal to a fault and although he can be timid at times, he isn’t afraid to question things if he isn’t sure about them. Darkpaw believes that while the path of a medicine cat and a warrior may be different, there is no reason that someone can’t learn the necessary skills of both.

History: He and his sister were born to two loving parents, though their father suddenly fell ill and died before they could really get to know him. Still, it inspired Darkpaw (Dark-kit at the time) to become a medicine cat and from the time he was four moons until he became an apprentice, he was constantly getting under Cloudsniffle’s paws. Despite that, he remained close to his sister and vowed to train with her so that he could protect his clan just as well as she could with both herbs and his claws. By some stroke of luck he managed to survive the storm when he was swept away by the flood, the strong currents washing him up onto the relative safety of higher ground. However, his mother and sister weren’t as lucky and drowned in the same way he lived.

Personality: Grassleap is insanely friendly and quick to talk to anyone, be they clanmate or loner. She can be easily put off if someone snaps at her or treats her unkindly, a result of her doting parents who catered to her every whim. She can be hard-headed and a bit blind to the feelings of others when she does something she wants, but Grassleap would never intentionally hurt someone.

History: Her brothers died not long after they were born and as the sole surviving kit of her mother’s last litter - she was getting rather old and all of her other litters had failed to survive past kithood - Grassleap was treated like a gift handed down from Starclan themselves. Her parents retired and became elders soon after she became a warrior, but quickly and surprisingly succumbed to their old age only a few moons later. Grassleap became mates with one of her best friends, Shatteredmoon, but after countless failed attempts to have kits and another tom in the clan confessing he loved her and wanted to have a family with her, she brashly went ahead and left him in favor of her dream of raising a family of her own. Grassleap still cares for her former mate and wishes to reconcile with him, perhaps even still loving him, but she desires little more than for kits, wanting to have a chance to raise the kits her mother always wanted to. After the storm hit, she was separated from her mate and isn’t sure if he survived or not.
