Marrow laughed. "Its win for us, lose for them! Perfect!"

Patti smiled again. "I'm not that great..." She yawned, stretching her shoulders out.

Cromia chuckled. "There is no possible way for them to win...now we just have to twist Kid to support us. That's key."

Marrow clapped. "Well will this happen? I can't wait!"

Black*Star smiled. "I've seen you when your angry. And I was a little scared." He chuckled.

Cromia thought for a moment. "When we're certain Kid will stay with us. Degan can twist his wavelength. I'll ask him about it. Which means, tomorrow morning, I think."

Patti grinned. "Yeah...~" she giggled, covering her mouth as she did.

"Nice! Go while they're still licking their wounds!" Marrow grinned. "Should Pyro be informed of this?"

Black*Star smiled. "I think Kid told me the time you made him cry. Was that true?"

Cromia grinned. "Exactly. They have no real choice...unless they want us to keep attacking. And yes, he should. The students will have to donate souls to make him stronger."

Patti laughed. "Oh yeah! When we went in the basement to fight Medusa and all of them. He was like obsessing over these bombs arranged all un-symmetrical. So....I told him to move it."

"I'll inform him soon," Marrow nodded.

Black*Star laughed. "I wish I was there!"

"Good," Cromia said, nodding. She sighed. "I'm going to rest..have to look presentable for Shinigami-sama." She rolled her eyes and smirked. "Tell Degan and Kid to get some rest. Once Kid leaves, tell Degan his task for influencing Kid." She moved off to her bedroom, shutting the door behind her.

Patti smiled at the memory. She loved her Meister as a brother, as a best friend. And it hurt to see him have to do things he didn't even want to. And it would hurt even more to see Black*Star have to. "It was really funny. Well, he got through it..."

Marrow bowed and nodded. "I will." He walked away. Marrow opened a small portal and called Pyro with it.

Black*Star smiled. "Because you and Liz helped him."

Patti smiled. "Yeah. He does need us." She shrugged. "Well..its getting later," she said, looking out a window. "But the house is gonna be so empty with just me and Liz."

Kid and Degan were walking back through the halls, still talking. Their tension was thinning even more as the deeper in conversation they went.
