Rome can be a confusing person. He doesn't find it difficult to strike up a conversation, even though he comes off as intimidating most of the time. Once you get him out of his shell, he's much less scary. He's had unpleasant experiences at public school where, after he was outed as gay, he was heavily bullied until moving to online school, but still maintains a (mostly) friendly personality. His sense of humor and empathetic nature make him pleasant to be around. Even so, he isn't always a ray of sunshine. He sometimes comes off as self-absorbed or moody at times. He always tries to maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor but can't always succeed. To summarize, If you can deal with some occasional moodiness and selfishness, Rome can make a good, loyal friend.

Archer was straight out of college, where he studied criminology,
into the police force, he always knew that's what he wanted to do.
Arch as a kid always told everyone that he wanted to become a police

department he rose up the ranks quickly, proving himself to well
