the art discussion is a complcated one, they orignaly payed for the art, and if you sold him at the exsact same price he was WITHOUT the art, and the orignal owner brought him and put the art back in, they might of thought you ment to sell him with the art but didnt? That said, i would of droped the price becuse selling him at the same price without the art to me seems a bit...i guess scummy?
I can get what the orignal owner is saying, in there mind they might think you basicly tried to get the art and the 2kg back so in that sense you got a free dragon with AMAZING art.
That said they said nothing at all about how once brought the art HAD to stay with the dragon,there for your both in a way at fault, but becuse of how you sold the dragon and how they said nothing about how the art was to STAY with the dragon, neather of you are wrong nor are eather of you right.
So honstely if the mods can figure something out ill be impressed becuse personaly i think both of you are in the right and wrong.

There's nothing wrong with reselling the dragon at the same or higher price. Obviously someone had the means to buy it and if it had been anyone but the original owner there wouldn't have been a problem with the art because they wouldn't have known. No one forced the original owner to buy the dragon back, and if they regretted selling it they should have just said.

I don't think they've done anything wrong, if anything the original owner is being "scummy" as you put it, from buying back the dragon and putting the now stolen art in the bio again. If they re-list the dragon with the art you have a stronger case against them for stealing the art.

If you buy something, you known it. No matter what.

i ment the buyer, and i used Scummy becuse i had no idea what other word to use, i didnt like useing it but it was the only word i could think of. And if the orignal owner hadnt brought the dragon back, the new owner would of gotten a worse deal for it, becuse the art was removed. Iam trying to be netural here but i can see where the orignal owner is coming from,and i am simply trying to attack this problem with logic, iam not very...this is the first time ive had to face a problem like this, so iam trying to view all pov, and imagin what everyone in the situation is thinking and feeling.

The new buyer wouldn't have been worse off because they art wasn't being sold. They'd be paying that amount for a gened gen 1, they wouldn't known if any art was done of the dragon.

I can understand if the original owner was upset, but they sold the art and it's not theirs to put on the dragon again.

@Above I think the bottom line in this situation is that the original owner bought the dragon back, acting like the trade had been reversed, when there had been no discussion on such a thing. Obviously they bought the dragon back either without checking the bio, or thinking that the new owner had changed their minds on the deal and no longer wanted the dragon or art the bio contained.
The original owner is in the wrong for thinking they could just go back on the deal, when the new owner didn't want that.
If it were me in the situation I would offer to buy the dragon back for the same price, since they clearly bought it thinking they owned the art as well in that deal, but are mistaken. Though once it changed hands again the owner of the art is not required to do anything like that, as it was the other person's mistake. So they can do whatever they feel is best, or leave it to FR staff to sort out.

You but a dragon with bio, so everything switches ownership.
If the new owner wants to resell the same dragon with a Blanc bio thats up to them, and the new owner decide the price.
Even if they sell it Blanc for even more than the cost.
That was the risk of the original seller

Would love some opinions. I don't think my hatchery was running very well since it wasn't much like a hatchery.. So I changed it to a bit for polished and fancy sales page based on the lore I decided to give to my lair. I would love and thoughts and opinions on it now? Still a work in progress, need to add a bit more lore and such. Probably won't open until this weekend.. Though I have big plans for it in the future! Also yes, this is based on a amazing anime.

On this art topic, I agree that the art is yours and they shouldn't just put the art back. However I will say before this conversation, if someone bought my dragon, removed the art and put it back up my first thought would've been they just wanted to remove it for some reason. I didn't know people bought dragons just for art, that's really cool c: But I understand now and I think explaining was a very good idea, and if they still want to keep it...well it's just not theirs anymore.
