As a Team Rocket Executive, he takes his job very seriously, although he prefers not to get his hands dirty, and often sends grunts on the lesser missions. Should a mission be vitally important, he will take care of it himself, not risking the mission's success by sending grunts
➳history; Caelan was born to two Team Rocket members, and was trained as one since he was 10. Eventually, he earned a reputation with the Kanto Police Force. Whenever he did a job for Team Rocket, he would leave a calling card, a black rose, earning him the title of "The Black Rose." When Giovanni disbanded Team Rocket, Caelan joined Archer, Ariana, Petrel, and Proton in Johto to try to restore Team Rocket to its former glory. After that failed, him and the other executives went separate ways. He decided to travel the world and look for a new place to set up Team Rocket, hoping to inspire Giovanni to come out of hiding, and eventually, he found Acrea, which was in such a chaotic state, he felt it was the perfect place to set up shop.

okay just a small notice, i realized we had both lorhill and lorcliff so i have changed the name of lorcliff to turcliff instead and changed the map according as well. just wanted to avoid confusion before it started lol. i also added a route between moormead and brookland since there wasn't one before
