Personality: Jacob is extremely extroverted. He enjoys joking
around and he can almost always make someone smile. He was bitten by a
radioactive spider and now creates an almost constant electric charge.
Normally it's all over his body and can cause a very low-powered tingling
feeling if someone touches him, though he can concentrate it to one
part of his body. If touched by the concentrated energy, it can be anything
from a little zap to a zap powerful enough to knock someone out.
Appearance: Jacob is 5'5 and 100 lbs. He has dark brown hair, dark
brown eyes, and pale skin. His suit is all black with little yellow accents.
The yellow parts glow faintly, and they're often used to confuse his enemies.
These parts are around his hands, feet, and sides. They're charged by his
constant charge, to turn them off he concentrates the electricity elsewhere.
