Timber silently trotted down the streets, though he had already eaten, he cared a lot that Lyra are. He lifted his head with perked ears as a squirrel scurried by. Better than nothing he thought before chasing after it. He lunged and locked his jaws around its tail and pulling it back before killing it. He sniffed it carefully, didn’t smell sick or anything. Good. He gathered it in his mouth and walked quietly back to his property, watching for any trouble.

walking back to the toy Lyra picked it up in her mouth and made her way back to the doghouse and slowly went inside and laid down waiting for Timbers return. Letting out a yawn Lyra looked up and saw that the sun was going to set soon, closing her eyes she layed her head back down and let out a whimper Mana papa I hope your safe. she whispered softly to herself

Timber slipped underneath the fence and trotted over to the doghouse and dropped the squirrel “Lyra, I got you some food,” he announced, picking up the blanket he had dropped before and then placed it inside of the dog house along with the other blankets. He sat down and tilted his head to the side as he watched her and the squirrel.

getting to her feet Lyra walked over to the squirrel and gave it a quick sniff then she looked up at Timber with a smile. thank you! she shouted wagging her tail then she bent down andstarted to eat the Squirrel. After she finished she licked her lips and and looked back up at Timber still with a smile. thank you so much for the food and showing me your home, but I think it's time I get back to that cave my mama and papa might be back at any time and I don't want them to worry about me she said looking back at the cave in the woods

“That’s up to you,” the male said, with a tilt of his head. He knew very well that the pup’s parents probably wouldn’t be returning, but he also knew that it probably gave her comfort to be in her own home. He stayed sitting and watched Lyra curiously, his eyes connecting with hers.

Lyra started to walk back towards the fence but stopped and looked back at Timber with a smile. thank you again Mr Timber your a really nice dog, bye bye! then Lyra slipped under the fence and walked back towards the cave were she slowly walked in and layed down

Mulling over what Bradley said in her mind, Jynx nodded, "Alright - we can work with that." She took a few steps closer to the dog as she spoke, nodding her head towards the city, "How about we head there to see what we can find? That's where dogs are going to think to go first so the longer we wait the less there will be." She was pretty familiar with the woods and smaller towns around the area, but she had never been to the large, looming city in the distance and had no desire to go to such a place on her own. However, now that she had the brute that was Bradley with her, she felt more inclined to check it out.

"Thank you," He replied, "I'm not sure the last time the pup ate and you've been traveling a long way - the two of you should eat." He finished. Dodger continued, nodding towards the rabbit.

Bradley looked at her then nodded and looked back towards the city "we better get moving before dark." He said then turned toward the city, slowly walking in the direction of the place that had been his home for the past few weeks "come along." he said calmly and looked back at her, walking through the forest quietly, his paws not making not much noise even through his large body would seem to make quite an amount of noise.
