Gone are the days of Chuck Bass and Serena van der Woodsen, but the streets of the Upper East Side are still abuzz with news of scandal and drama. With the return of Gossip Girl, Manhattan's Elite are at risk of being exposed for who they truly are - the question is, who are they? 20 years have passed since the unmasking of Dan Humphrey, but the work of Gossip Girl is far from over. It's the next generation's turn now, and the hierarchy lives on.

I suppose by now, you all know that Tess and Nick's rules are also to be regarded - meaning that this roleplay should not contain romance over a PG-13 rating, and if it gets to that point, you should fade to black. Also, violence shouldn't get too gory or intense. However, these two things are seriously encouraged in this roleplay, as they're known to fuel drama c:

The girls at Constance Billard are notoriously beautiful, smart and motivated. What motivates them, however, is specific to the individual. Minions are known to be social climbers, while the bookworm pushes to be the best academically. The hierarchy is what keeps everything in order, and it's the Queen Bee's job to make sure that everybody knows their place - that's not to say that she doesn't have enemies looking to overthrow her.
