Giving a nod of acknowledgement at Clint’s thanks, Erik watched the high-flying man stick to the side of a building and climb his way around. Interesting. However, if the archer knew who this was or how to deal with them, the Mutant would rather watch that play out than get too involved. He had questions, though, about what was taking place. What were these people that had abilities and powers? Not Mutants, apparently. Where did they come from? Would portals be dropping people off in his own world?

The girl sat down so naturally Cosmo did the same, the two of them about eye level and looking to pedestrians like a pet and their owner. Unfortunately, she really did not know where he should be heading off to. What a bummer.
But then she began to grow quiet. He cocked his head the slightest bit, inching closer. Rather than intrude on what was making her upset, Cosmo gently nosed his head into the crook of her arm and gave a small whimper. People always tugged at his heart when they were sad — dogs weren’t called man’s best friend for nothing. He licked her cheek comfortingly,
”Do not be worryink, girl. Cosmo will find way home himself, but after he is helpink you home also.”Bucky Barnes

Clearly he had startled the poor guy. Raising his hand in a calming gesture, showing he had nothing hidden, Bucky measured the kid’s reaction before continuing.
”My name’s Bucky. You’re in my house — you kinda fell out of the sky.” as the words left his mouth, he noted how ridiculous they sounded. Well, too late to take them back now. Besides, that was what happened.
”We might have met at an airport in Germany. I wanna say that I’m sorry for the issue and all. I don’t hold a grudge, but I gotta ask you to keep this whole you being in my house here a secret. Especially from Stark.” The last thing he needed was for Tony Stark to find out where he was hiding out at — for the sake of himself and Wakanda.
Finding this boy, though, wasn’t exactly in his plans. Not that he was objecting. Bucky had dealt with Steve for years, the blonde picking fights and attracting trouble like it was a superpower. Someone falling from a hole in the sky wasn’t exactly normal or conventional, but the world was changing and nearly anything was possible.
”But, uh, yeah, you crashed in the shrubs out there and I wanted to make sure you were alright.”
