”Then it would sound like they had the resources to either achieve or make progress toward portal making. That, or they could direct someone to someone who could.” As intriguing as it would be to stay a while, Erik intended to return home. Knowing who to contact was the first step, even if putting his fate in others’ hands was a distasteful idea to the Mutant. Whether he was going to follow Clint around was up for debate. If these Avengers were as important as they were being talked up to be, he would likely be able to find them on his own.
But of course someone else came by, clearly not falling into average citizen category. A red and blue blur above elicited a quiet sigh from him. If he chose to, he could yank them off the rooftop with ease. However, a slightly more reasonable side of himself decided against it. It wasn’t the stranger’s fault that this New York City was overrun by bizarre individuals. Rather, he manipulated a rooftop antenna and attempted to use it to grab and bring down the spandex-clad man.

”Cosmo feels girl’s brain hurt,” he nosed at her hand and gave an encouraging wag.
”Cosmo not Professor, but he glad knowink girl hears him. Still, Cosmo lookink for space agency for return trip to Knowhere.” Hopefully, she would have a clue as to where he could go. Though, after browsing through her surface thoughts, he rapidly found that she was just as confused as he was about being here. Hmm.
Bucky Barnes

A strange look passed across his face at the golden-eyed girl’s question. Did he not remember something? Was he missing another part of his past? He stopped himself, trying to convince his own brain that he was cured and didn’t have to worry over that sort of thing anymore. His relaxed, lopsided smile returned as he responded,
”No, sorry, I can’t say we’ve met before. But you can still come to my place if you want. It’s not the Ritz but it’s nice enough.” He shifted Miles a bit after hearing him waking up.
”If you need the rest, I’m just over here. If not, the city’s the other direction — you can’t miss it.” Nudging his pestersome goat along, Bucky made his way back to his hut house.
Making sure the spider child wasn’t going to roll off the bed was his first priority. As soon as the teen was taken care of, Bucky left the hut to properly put away his livestock — they was his means of living after all. Ensuring the watering containers were full and there was enough feed for them for the day, he started back to his house to check in on the stranger.
Bucky strolled in, intrigued to find the kid had already woken up. Then again, if this was the same one from the airport then he was a little more durable than the average person.
”Hey, you’re up. How’s the head?”(I modified my reply for Bucky so I can keep things rolling with the more active characters. Disregard previous post and subsequent reposts, if you please (: )
