➳ While named after her coat color, Copperfang's name is a more apt descriptor of the copperhead snake. She can spit venom if wronged, and she's not afraid to show her claws. In some occasions, she might be too hasty to fight. Words aren't her strong suit, and she's a more 'attack first, ask questions later' kinda gal. She's always been rather hotheaded, but she wasn't so temperamental in her younger years. Losing her first love as a young cat to a bunch of hostile rogues turned her down a more morally gray path. Now, she's prone to toe the line of the warrior code and snark back at naysayers -- or just authority in general.

She's a good warrior, but she knows there are a few in the clan that would rather have her gone than remain a thorn in their side. To be fair, she has considered returning to the loner life many times before. Clan life has its perks, however, and remaining is far more beneficial than leaving. Besides, where would they be without her?

ＰＥＲＳＯＮＡＬＩＴＹ Comettrot is a patient tom with a knack for coming off as inherently sweet when really he’s just terribly polite. Because he grew up among twolegs and various other kittypets, he’s picked up a few colloquialisms and has a low rumbly drawl to his voice. Lovable and kind, he enjoys swapping stories and seeing what the forest has to offer. He loves being around younger cats and doesn’t mind if they’re wound up with energy, even though he himself is quite the easygoing type. There are times when he can be a bit grumpy or moody, but it’s mostly because something is upsetting him or he’s just feeling a little anxious and needs to have some quiet time to himself. Other than that, he likes to help out when he can and is overall someone who loves life and all the creatures around him.

ＨＩＳＴＯＲＹ Comettrot has little memory of his parents, having grown up in an animal shelter among dozens of other cats of various ages. He was adopted by a loving pair of twolegs who gave him plenty of attention — something he in turn returned to them. Most of his days were spent lounging in the sun and getting scratched behind the ears, though he eventually grew curious of the outdoors and took on a new habit of chatting with just about any cat he could find. Over the years he became a popular face among the cats in his neighborhood, known best for his hospitality and enthralling tales of cats he’d encountered. One day, though, he decided he had enough of hearing about everyone else’s adventures — he wanted to have one of his own. Thus, he set out into the wild and eventually joined up with the clan, where he has been ever since.

ＰＥＲＳＯＮＡＬＩＴＹ This plump little she-cat is awfully sweet and rather aloof, her heart a bit too big and a bit too forgiving. Because she hates arguing, she’s pretty obedient and will cave in to just about any sort of pressure, which has oftentimes brought her to do a few crazy things. Because of this, she thrives off of the personalities of other cats, her impressionable demeanor making her quite the flexible piece of clay to be molded by whosoever gets hold of her. If she’s quiet and secretive, it’s because someone told her to keep her mouth shut — and on the contrary, if she’s out on some potentially dangerous adventure, someone convinced her to join them. While she generally does have an opinion about most things, she tends to keep it to herself out of concern she might hurt someone’s feelings. Pigeonpaw tends to think more about other cats than herself, and in addition to her selfless qualities, she’s easily flustered, terribly clumsy, and quite shy.

ＨＩＳＴＯＲＹ Pigeonpaw and her sister, Spanglespur, were born in a Twolegplace to a pair of cats named Sansa and Tuli. The two siblings rarely saw their father once they were weaned, though he did check up on them every now and then. Pigeonpaw spent her early moons as something between a kittypets and a loner, spending the day out among the Twoleg dens with her mother and sister before coming home to sleep in the warmth and protection of a twoleg house. Unfortunately, Sansa was struck and killed by a monster, leaving Pigeonpaw and her sister alone. Their father gave them some care for awhile, but he had settled down with another she-cat and was always busy helping to care for her newborn kits. Eventually, Spanglespur (Spangle, then), got word of a group of cats banding together in the forest and convinced Pigeonpaw to go live with them. Once a part of the clan, Pigeonpaw grew attached to healing cats and decided to take the path of a medicine cat. Because of her sister’s behavior she fears that her position both as a healer apprentice and a member of the clan may be in jeopardy.

ＰＥＲＳＯＮＡＬＩＴＹ Spanglespur is a sharp-minded spitfire of a cat, someone who isn’t afraid to speak her mind or push and shove a little to get things to go her way. Boredom is often the root of her many mischievous escapades, but it’s also what makes her rather intuitive. When not getting into trouble, she’s usually thinking about one thing or another or talking with clanmates to see what makes their minds go clickity-click. While she can be a bit of a nuisance, her taunts and jeers are more-often-than-not just her way of measuring up the cats around her; oddly enough, she tends to gravitate more towards cats who like to squirm away from her, making her a persistent pest — one with the best intentions, though. This molly likes to help other cats out, her way is just a little different: she’ll knock you down until you can make her stop.

ＨＩＳＴＯＲＹ Spanglespur kept everyone around her on their toes as a younger cat, always snooping into trouble or needing to be saved from it. Her mother’s death brought a bit of a shock to her, but she vowed to become better, to not make the same mistake that led to Sansa’s Demise. Because Pigeonpaw wasn’t very good at survival, Spanglespur took charge of their two-cat party and lead them off into the forest to find the rumored wild cats. Part of the clan now, Spanglespur hunted and clawed her way to a warrior ceremony and is immensely proud of being recognized as a true member of the clan. She does, however, struggle with finer aspects of the warrior code and is prone to going off on her own and disobeying commands from her elders.

Mothwhisper's past was the life of a kittypet. He was born to his kittypet mother
who had a litter of five kits. Her mate however was a loner and she often times
left her kits to go see him. When he was old enough to go with her he loved his
father. However when his mother saw how close he was growing to his father she
began to take him less and less. One day his mother left and never came back.
When his housefolk let him out he ran off. His first thought was to find his mother.
What he found he wished he had not. He his father slain. Sadness overwhelmed him.
He sniffed his father and found his mother's scent. His mother was no where in sight.
His father's claws we're sheathed. He didn't know what to do and was surprised when
a group of cats found him. When they asked him to join he agreed.

Ivorypaw's past was the life of a loner. He was born to his loner mother who had
a litter of six kits. However half of them died. His mother was depressed for a long
time but still took care of her kits. His father would appear at random times so he
never knew him well. In the season of leaf-bare his family had a hard time. He had
wondered how is father would survive. One day when he was old enough to adventure
alone he looked for him. He tracked the scent of his father to where a unknown scent
was. He then saw something that made his heart stop. He saw other kits playing around
another she-cat. And his father was beside her. He half wanted to go ask him what was
he doing. He ran off blinded by confusion. He soon stopped and stumbled upon a group
of cats. They asked him some questions and then asked him to join. He then agreed and
has been there ever since. He still hopes one day he'll find his family once again.

personality
gail is a rather stubborn and built in her ways type of feline. she does not like to be told what she can and
cannot do unless there is a life or death reason behind it. she feels that she owes no one anything unless t
hey have helped her down the road. that being said, gail does have a strong sense of loyalty and compassio
n. she will not hurt a young feline without good reason. she is fond of kits and has cared for some in the pa
st but has never had any of her own. the female does tend to get rather aggressive easily when provoked a
nd has no issue with getting her paws dirty. she is intelligent and very observant of others and their action
s. gail is not very trusting of others at first or new ideas so it may take a while for her to open up to them.
at times she can be rather impatient if she has to constantly repeat herself.

history
gail was born to two older felines within a small close nit group. they would hunt and protect one another
but there were no major rules to follow, cats left and joined as they pleased. gail was raised with two othe
r kits at the time, though they were not her siblings. she grew close to them and while only a moon older, t
reating them like family. the whole group took part in raising them all, providing for them and teaching th
em as much as possible with different methods. gail was content when she was with those she considered h
er family until the trappings began. they lived in an old two leg house that was abandoned and soon enough
the two legs' began to set out traps for them.

gail was unsure of the situation and left her parents for a better life, without risking losing her family to a
worse fate. she traveled on her own, using the skills she was taught to keep herself out of trouble and to k
eep from starving. while alone, she learned a new way of living, thus changing her current outlook on life
and her way of living. she learned not to be overly trustful towards everyone and over time, she grew to on
ly keep to herself for her own safety.

though this changed when she found two barely weaned kits on their own. she took them in, without quest
ion and nurtured them and taught them her own ways. she was rather good at it and generally enjoyed the
company so when they were old enough to branch out on their own, gail went through a small phase of cra
ving companionship. that later ended when she attracted the wrong crowd and nearly got herself killed.

when she heard of the beginnings of frayclan she made sure to steer clear of the general area but still does
roam the area but is usually quick to leave should any other cats be around. she has yet to come across the
new felines of the clan and their ways of life.

elm is an absolute naive sweetheart. he knows not the struggles of the world and how dangerous it can be.
the male is always upbeat and generally happy, very rarely will you see him not smiling and overall in a h
appy mood. that being said, elm can be baited rather easily, he has a short fuse for his age and is more lik
ely to attack when provoked than to just leave it be. elm dislikes being talked down to and will often spea
k up and not let himself be used or manipulated. while he jumps to conclusions without first finding proof,
his naive nature is bound to get him into some trouble. he is often oblivious to romantics and can often be
rather square with recognizing someone's feelings towards him.

history
elm was born as a kittypet, with his mother and father. his twolegs bred cats and generally he had plenty of
socialization growing up his first few weeks of life. when it came time that he was old enough, he was given
to new twolegs with his sister. the two were together for the first six months of life until elm accidentally j
umped out of a window that was open. his sister was sleeping at the time and he could not find a way back
inside. left alone, he struggled quite literally on his own and roamed quite a while. currently he is rather un
der weight and only within the newly made clan to learn how to survive on his own. he ultimately wants to
find his sister but knows that that may be a lost cause. at times he feels alone and without purpose, though
this is hidden underneath his bubbly front.

moons of endless scrutiny and ample comparison's to cat's to whom he should strive to be
and better, and by his father to make it even more irritating, had hardened pikethroat to al
most any and all emotions. though what had stopped him from giving up entirely on under
standing and acknowledging emotions was his twin sister. he and his sister basilreed were
born into a clan called thistleclan that was disbanded due to and deadly illness that spread
from cat to cat. their parents, snakegaze and paleclove fell victim to the illness and died
during their apprenticeship. pikethroat is a very protective cat who deeply cherishes famili
al values and couldn't let himself strip his sister of the last living family she had left. thou
gh he could never be the warrior his father had planted into his mind, he vowed to be a pr
oper sibling and protector to his sister. the large tabby is quite the proud specimen but you
would see him drop his pride in split second for those he ca

sence and verbally insulting of his father, and has become quite
insensitive towards most emotions felt by other cats. this partic
ular trait doesn't make him the best companions, but his reliabil
ilty and faithfulness sure does. the massive tabby is an admirabl
e warrior who puts his blood and sweat into serving and protect
ing his clan and is a reliable cat at best who wouldn't be able to
turn down a task given to him. his patience with the younger ca
ts is surprising but he'd like to be able to be a better fatherly fig
ure to them then the one he had. as much as pikethroat will den
y it, he did inherit a few choice traits from his late father, those
being both his tendency to be quite demanding as well as his ina
bility to hold his tongue when he has an opinion, whether it be
needed or not.
