"I'll call Henry." she murmured, going down the hall to talk to Henry. Alessa saw Rainer at the door, then went over to the door and opened it. "Hi Rainer!" she said happily. She held up her arms, wanting to be picked up.

Rainer smiled and picked her up, "Hey there Alessa, how is my favourite pup this morning?" he asked her softly, not wanting to let on to the fact something was wrong just yet.

Alessa hugged him as she was picked up. "I'm good, how are you?" she asked. Mary looked to Rainer. "Good morning." she said softly.

Rainer hugged her, "I am okay." he said softly, he kissed her forehead, knowing it was going to be tough, "I am happy to see you though." he said softly.

[Boomer]

"I'm happy to see you too!" she said, clearly happy to see him. She looked over to Matt and Mary. "Matt got me some milk and a muffin for breakfast." she said, "Mary was allowed to take my blood." "I have it here if you don't mind taking it to the lab." said Mary.

Rained smiled at her softly. "Well that's wonderful! I am sure it was an amazing breakfast." he said as he looked at her, he looked over at Mary, "Maybe Henry can take it there when he arrives and show the pups the lab." he said softly, watching her and hoping she understood.

[Boomer]

Mary seemed confused about Henry coming up to the hospital. Something told her that it was bad news. "The lab?" asked Alessa, "Is there blood down there? I don't want to see it if there's blood..."

Rainer smiled at her, "It's just in little vials, and you can't really see it." he reassured her, "It's pretty neat, and I think Matt will really like it." he told her gently.

[Boomer]

"I just don't want to faint." frowned Alessa, looking at him with an unsure gaze. Maria finally stepped into the room. "Henry will be here shortly." she said, trying to keep a smile on her face.

"You won't, I promise>" he reassured Alessa, he looked over at Maria and nodded, "That's good." he said softly. Matt watched, cocking his head to the side, "Are you okay?" he asked Maria.
