It's great to hear that peoples' plants are doing well.

My odontoglossum orchid has finally bloomed and opened all its buds so I'm super happy right now, the flowers are gorgeous - photo
I've had it for a year now and it's the first non-phalaenopsis orchid I've been able to rebloom! ❤

My other plants have mostly stopped flowering and are growing new leaves. They're all doing well although I lost a few baby saintpaulias/african violets that I propagated from a plant with the change of temperature.

My cactus is still looking good and spiky. Daryll pricked me just this morning while I was neatening up around him.

my succulents are doing good. i just need to set up my plant charts for 2019.
i'm picking out names, any suggestions?
i have [all pups]:
- two teal-green echeveria hybrid
- one pink alpenglow x1
- one dark moss-green crassula tetragona
- one dark green&white haworthia fasciata

My lil succulent (whomst I don't know what species he is) (looks like an aloe plant lol) Is not doing so good, I was cleaning of my desk and moved something and he fell down and all of his leaves broke except for two in the middle :<

his name is watermelon, but theres a backstory to that I'll post later lol

Welcome Gin, I'm terribly sorry for the really late welcome! I love venus fly traps too, all carnivorous plants really, it's super cool how unique they are! Do you have any? (PS: I love your Avatar, they look like such healthy, vibrant plants!!)

Oh wow, Clara that's such a beautiful Orchid (again, months late sorry!), it's petals are gorgeous, how is it doing now? Ah it's so sad to lose plants over dormant seasons so I really feel for you!

Ah, I'm so bad with naming my plants, only three of mine have names I can remember - I hope you've found names for them now! I love haworthias omg, I would love if you could post a picture!

In my own life I've been collecting a lot of new plants haha... Every time I collect a new plant I tell my brother to annoy him because he thinks I've got a plant collecting problem (he may be onto something, I've got so many more plants this month haha...) but I wanted to show off my plant I'm most excited about at the moment! (It's an older plant, I grew it from a tiny plant a few years ago!)

I believe it's a Mammiliaria cactus of some kind but I'm sadly not super sure of the species! Also my bromeliad is about to bloom too!

@lesbian: Oh that cactus is so adorable, it looks like it's wearing a little flower crown (which, i guess that it technically really is, heheh!)

I also just realized that i totally forgot to share one of my favorite house plants with you guys. I have had this norfolk island pine for about 3 years now. I got it when it was just a tiny thing, actually. This year i'm thinking of putting some holiday decorations on it later on when that time comes back around. c:

Aww, poor plant kiddo! One of my plants I recently got accidentally fell too. Hopefully they get better!

Anyways, so, I recently got some herbs, and they seem to be doing well! I also bought a new can thing (I don't know how to describe it) for them!
One of them fell because they are near blinds, and when I moved the blinds, it caught onto the plant and sent it falling. I had to put it in another holder but it seems to be doing ok! Most of them are sprouts right now cause I bought them as seeds, and I still have yet to plant another herb I have gotten.
