welcome to coastclan, the clan living near the city of twolegs
coastclan was formed by a cat named rain, who had run away
from thier twolegs. the cat had ran so far from the city, even
across the big thunderpath. they finally made it to the large p
aradise, which not many twolegs had entered. but, just in cas
e, rain and his crew of other kittypets had chosen to make the
ir camp on the top of a mountain beside the coast, even thoug
h cats of coastclan now go on the beach at least five times in
a normal workday.

coastclan is a clan that lives along the coast of a largely popu
lated twoleg city. its a dangerous area for the clans, but not
many twolegs wander into the mountains. the cats usually go
to the beach at least five times a day. here are the main terri
tories.

the mountain and the camp
the camp is on a tall mountain. little stepping stones (stairs) a
re carved on the mountain, which makes it easier for the cats
to travel. on top of the mountain, there is a ton of grass that i
s great for the cats to hide their scent from twolegs, who aren
t smart enough to actually cut the grass. in the middle of the f
lat land of the mountain is a small lake surrounded by a few tin
y trees. there is a small hole shaded by one of the trees that th
e cats of coastclan use as a fresh-kill pile. dens are also made o
ut of those holes, which have nice, chilled stone inside of it. th
e dens are made so they will feel heated underground during le
af-bare.

the beach
the beach is where the cats mainly hunt. the water is shallow
and perfect for training apprentices how to swim and many fis
h lurk in the warm, tropical water. but, cats must watch out, a
s many prey swim in the water, so do dangerous creatures that
can kill cats, which is one reason why twolegs don't come to th
e dangerous beach much.

the big thunderpath and twoleg city
the big thunderpath is the border between the beach and the
twoleg city. cats usually only go across the border to search for
food if there is a shortage, because there are many tall bins for
cats to knock over and find food. but, its very dangerous, since
it is huge. you can hear the faint roar of the thunderpath from
even as far as camp.

coastclan has many prey on the beach and the mountain. the
y still can go hungry in leaf-bare, but usually they will be fine
if they go to the twoleg city and search for food. however, so
me cats died on the 'bin quest' when the clan had tried to car
rying a huge bin from the twoleg city back to their clan. the m
onsters ran across at least 7 cats. here is the prey.
the shore/ocean
tuna rare
a delicious treat to every cat, coastclan's ancestors loved this
fish.
salmon uncommon
a fish with redish-pink meat that coastclan loves
halibut common
a flat fish that has a neautrul taste
cod common
a neatural tasting fish found easily by the cats
seagulls common
a bird with white feathers; found everywhere.
snow crab uncommon
a large crab that has delicious meat.
blue crab common
a tiny blue crab with a soft shell.
the mountain

a tiny creature that has a taste that every cat is greatful for

a fluffy creature with brown fur, very hard to catch, but they
are everywhere if the coastclan cats can outrun them.

a rare creature to find in the mountains/coast, they make a good
treat.

as the coast is a beautiful place with a ton fo prey, there are a
lso dangers that lurk in the waters and the mountain. many cat
s die to these creatures, no matter how dangerous they look or
sound.
jellyfish common
a creature that looks cute an innocent, that many apprentices
are tempted to touch. it can give a terrible sting.
sea snakes uncommon
a terrible creature like normal snakes, but they are even scarie
r as they can swim and kill cats by drowning them.
hammerhead shark rare
a rare creature that can kill cats with one little snap of its jaws
sting rays common
a cute, but deadly sea-creature. if you leave it be, it will leave
you be. many apprentices are tempted to touch it, and get stung
if you get stung in the heart, you will die immediatly.
foxes rare
a rare deadly creature that won't stop until it kills or gets killed.
badgers rare
a scary creature that can kill a fox with one swipe of its paws.
stoats [groups] rare
a cute tiny creature that can kill multiple cats if they have a gr
oup.
twolegs rare on beach; common in twoleg city
twoleg city is full of twolegs, but the beach rarely has twolegs.

➳ a lonely tom who tries to be sweet, but cant. most
of the time, he isnt in a good mood. he can agree
with his clanmates most of the time, but sometimes
he cant understand why the cats think the other way.

➳ stonestar blinked his eyes open as the sun-up light flooded into his den. stonestar stretched, enjoying the dim light of sun-up on his pelt. he rose to his paws and groomed his messy fur. he turned his head to the side and whispered "wakeup, mar-" pain struck him immediatly. stonestar knew marigold had been gone for moons, even before he was a leader, but he still missed her. he was so used to seeing the beautiful ginger tabby beside him in the mornings, and nights. he let out a heavy sigh as he walked out of his den, looking around the clearing. it seemed that the tom was the first cat up, so he sat on the meeting-rock and watched the sun come up, waiting for the clan to wake up. stonestar couldn't help but feel lonely. he could of had a whole family, but those rogues had taken his future away with one bite of marigolds neck. he could of had a family. he could of been happy. but that wouldn't ever happen now. stonestar swiped at the air, as if a rogue was there, or he was trying to swipe away the thought that made him feel worse and worse each time he thought of it. i could of helped her. but i didn't. stonestar thought. "but i couldn't" stonestar whispered out loud, trying to make himself feel better.

➳ a cream white she-cat with small hints of brown and
pale blue eyes
➳ a patient, yet stubborn she-cat. featherdream is a bit
too talkitive, but still is a sweet cat. the she-cat is qu
ick to jump to conclusions and assume things.

➳ featherdream was dreaming a wonderful dream. she was swimming in the ocean; her parents by her side. they weren't far from coastclan; just a few fox-lengths from the shallow end. she stopped purring as her parents vanished underwater, and blood tinted the water. featherdream raced and raced to the shallow end of the ocean, a hammerhead shark at her tail. she was taken underwater, and she jolted awake. her back paws hurt; featherdream assumed she had hit the wall running. she glanced around the den, glad that she didn't wake anyone in her nightmare, which she had done multiple times. she once had jabbed blizzardpuddle in the side, her claws unsheathed. he had to go the the medicine cats den and get marigold polituce and cobwebs on the tiny wound. after that, blizzardpuddle and everyone else had moved their nests away from featherdream. she thought everyone had hated her, and didn't stop to think that they just didnt want to get hurt. she still believes most cats dislike her; and she will most likely be lonely for the rest of her life. she isn't close friends with anyone but her apprentice. sprucepaw !! featherdream rose to her paws, padding her way out of the warriors den; careful not to wake any of the other warriors. she sat outside the den, grooming her fur until it was wet. once she was satisfied, she walked towards the apprentices den and shook sprucepaw. "wake up !!" she whispered, trying hardly not to wake crowpaw and sweetpaw.
