Discription:A description of them is a being made of mostly soul energy,

that's the reason of their bright yellow "skin" color, their eyes glow a gold color, different from their skin yellow.. They have Gold armor like material that seems to be really powerful in defence and has a dragon like theme, they have a dragon tail as well, The gold armor material covers it like scales, providing extra defence..

Arcturus doesn't have much known about her except she is a reincarnation of a past powerful goddess that supposedly disappeared as well and as fast as she did, Other than Jill being her next reincarnation, which is current.. nothing else is really known.
