Auctioning a Balloon Dog, and I got these two bids so far. Which is better, and which one can get me a BMD? Also, on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate these?

It's fair, if not overpay for the PPS because of the 2016 common, unless you prefer to trade the PPS for something else due to recent popular demand. 2015 Store pets are worth late '09 rares.
