Is this fair?

Not 100% sure rarity wise but i believe its pretty fair, if not fair then almost fair ( get a second opinion on that ). But demand wise i would accept this trade because from my personal experience and from what ive read from others, the grinners have extremely bad demand, so even though you can get their full value, which is 2 mid advent lists, it takes a very long time and you have to find the right person. Highly recommend a second opinion as im not fully 100% sure.\

i know nothing about list trading so! time to get some help. is this fair? i might not accept it because i do have a level of attachment/sentiment towards some of the pets because they were gifts, but i’m curious to learn in order to re enter the trading game wkfnmsnfmskfk

edit; oops this trade came in as well. i read somewhere that a 2015 store pet was worth a 2010 rare, so what’s the rate for a 2014 store pet? how much rarer is a 2009 rare compared to a 2010 rare?
