These questions can´t really get answered by anyone, because every person think the sam pet is worth different things depending on what you want/need. That dog could get you some nice pets from this year, as it was highly uncommon.

whoawoo4 - That might be enough for the Fox if the person with it has a spare one, is a rat collector and is in need of those rats, but the Bone PPS seems to be more sought after and could command a higher price, so the rats and Pocky probably wouldn't be a fair trade for it.

Drucilla - I'm pretty sure the Rainbow Mane can go for multiple July/Augusts, so it would be a good trade for you but not so much for them.

dogfancy0 - the PPS Firework and the all-spotted Malk horse are fairly uncommon, so the Grin is probably an even trade for them. The Grins are rare and quite valuable - the Ice PPS is the closest match I can think of, but it's probably slightly less valuable than a Grin now.

Bullet - that seems like a lot for a Fox cat, being three Advents and a November for a single Advent, but I'm not sure what the value of the little huskies or the cat would be. It looks like a good trade for you, but taking out the November and/or one of the Advents might even it up for the other person if that's what you want to do. However, I'm not certain on the cat's value, so you should probably get a second opinion on that one. XD
