i wonder if i even cross your mind as much as you cross mine. as dumb as it sounds, i've still been crying over you everyday. even after all these months, i guess i still can't fully grasp how or why you suddenly just left. maybe i've just been grieving because it also happened right after we had such an amazing time together.

remember the cheese curds we got together at the grocery store on that same visit? i think they're all moldy now. they've been sitting in the back of the fridge. i haven't touched them since, for if i did, i'd just be reminded all the moments of us having such a great time. you had said so many "i love you's" that it flustered me to the core - who knew that you were such a sweetheart? at one such moment, we had also shared a strawberry frappe together and then a formal meal. after so many years, it was probably the most formal and private date we ever had. i really would've liked to take you out on more of them, even nowadays.

as usual, i'm really sorry for every crummy and stupid thing that i did. i was really naive at the time, and i wish i could've realized a bunch of things before i lost you. as much as i'd like to deny it, i still really miss you, but as always, i want to respect your wishes.
