OMGSR Question

I have a question about the OMGSR pets. I've been on the site for years, but I, somehow, still have yet to figure out when these drop or how to get them. They must pop up super quickly, without notice, and then disappear just as fast. For instance, the new Galaxy Cat OMGSR, how do you get that? I've looked everywhere, but I can't seem to find any spot to adopt it from.

The Galaxy Cat is a UR, which stands for unreleased. UR pets are only available through the December 18th rerelease. You can find them in the "special release" section of the archives. The cat (and the UR Strawberry) were just added to the pool this year, so there's a lot of hype over them at the moment. UR pets aren't always OMGSR, but many are.

We don't know the exact numbers that are used to determine rarity, and we probably never will.
