Unfair to them, the common/uc don't add up to the '17 rare.

What should I add to make it fair?

Depends if you use the 2:1 or 4:1 rule for uncommons to rare.

So between 2-4 uncommons of the same year [2017] or just another 17 rare to replace the commons you've added

Unfair to you. The pets between the lion and 09 dog don't make up the gap of a '10 rare.

It really depends what you value the gap between early/mid-year pets because there is no set rule of thumb. Personally, Id go with a common for the gap between uncommons of the same year and uncommons for rares of the same year but it really, really depends.

List-wise, it's unfair to them by one sorbet however moonswirls are sort of a pain to trade-down fairly because most people have a lack of list quantity to afford them and a lack of list quantity they're willing to let go. The same is true for the UR Cat however, it just depends how patient you are.
